Common area: Open floor plan with beautiful coastal decor. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 people, large Smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper, new split AC, and two chairs. There is also beach gear for your use which includes beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.

Back Master Suite: King size bed, dresser, smart TV with cable, sliding closet, direct access to lanai, plantation shutters, ceiling fan, and split AC unit. Ensuite bathroom features a large dual head walk in shower, single sink vanity and storage.

Back 2nd Bedroom: King size bed, dresser, walk in closet, TV, split AC unit, plantation shutters, ceiling fan, and direct lanai access.

Front 3rd bedroom: This bedroom can be setup in two twin beds or one King bed configuration. You MUST notify us prior to your arrival day on what setup you'd like. This room also has split AC.

Second bathroom: Tub/shower combo, toilet, single sink vanity, and storage.

Laundry room: This condo features in unit washer/dryer, laundry essentials, and counter space.

Lanai: Features a loveseat, 2 chairs, coffee table, and the infamous Egg swing to take in those breathtaking views.
