Dockside Condos are centrally located 2 blocks from the beach, Shepherd’s ,restaurants. 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE BEST BEACH IN THE US … CLEARWATER BEACH!!!

The Neighborhood:
The Dockside Condos are centrally located in South Clearwater Beach close to all the action of Shepherd’s nightclub, restaurants, sports bars, miniature golf and more as well as being only two blocks to the beach. From the front door you step out onto the balcony and enjoy the view of the inter-coastal water way all the way to the Memorial Causeway Bridge and downtown Clearwater. From the bedrooms you have a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Getting Around:
The first car's parking is free and the second car incurs a $25 per night fee.
You will need to pre-arrange this and let us know how many cars you will have. You will need to send your vehicle information before so that we can send you an authorization number to place on the parking permit.

There will be parking permits located in the kitchen cabinet next to the bar stools. You will need to write the authorization number on the parking permit. You can park anywhere is not an assigned spot.

If you park and place a parking permit without an authorization number and/or don’t place a parking permit with an authorization number, your car will be towed and it will cost you $200 or more to retrieve it. Towing is enforced every day.

Boat dock use is not allowed.

Amazing Place!!

This place was clean and in such a great location! The view from the back was stunning! Walking distance to many restaurants. We would definitely book this place again

Location was great. We liked the layout of the condo. I usually give glowing reviews but I just can’t do that this time. Conversations with the host were very difficult.

Location location

Great outstanding property in the middle of Clearwater Beach. Walking distance to everything. Beach, restaurants and bars. The condo is amazing, exactly like the photos. When we come back we will stay here again!

Always love going to Clearwater. This place is in a great location with an awesome view. Walking distance to everything. Adriana was very responsive and helped with all my questions. We will be back again.

Friends trip

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was as advertised, and we would definitely stay there again. The decorations were cute, and the condo was furnished as advertised. There were dishes and glasses, etc. The location was excellent, with access to the restaurants, beaches and a grocery. We could even see the ocean out the back windows (and the inlet from the front. ) The beds were comfortable, not luxurious, but there were not extra sheets for the couches. Parking was easy and we could get into the building without any problems. We didn't have an instruction manual, so we don't know what was included, but think there is a pool. It was cold so we didn't care, or need it. Overall a good rental, and we would recommend it for the price and location.

getaway with friends

This property has a great location. It is within a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It is quiet, and safe. We enjoyed walking the beaches and the hanging out there and in the pool. We would have liked nicer sheets and towels. And one mattress should be replaced. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus.The furniture is dated, but again, not uncomfortable.We would stay again.

Great location, good for group of friends.

Our stay here was as we expected, great location and perfect for our group of friends (younger adults). The place itself is a bit dated, but when you’re there for the beach and the sun that doesn’t matter much anyway. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable which was wonderful and always hit or miss with VRBOs. There were no issues with check-in, and when booking I had an issue with payment and property management was very helpful with that.Overall we had a good stay here and would recommend!

Great location & spacious/ needs updating and TLC

The layout of this condo was nice and spacious for me and my two teens. We didn't need to rent a car as everything was walking distance (beach, aquarium, grocery store, restaurants); there was also a trolley service if you didn't want to walk - very convenient Checking in was a bit of a mess as information was sent in bits and pieces (codes, passwords, etc) as I requested it; I didn't get the full process sent until late our first night. Overall a good experience but there were definitely things that need work: Water dispenser/filter on frig didn't work- as major water drinkers this was frustrating. No dresser in the room with the two full beds so no place to unpack clothes to (not that my kids cared, but someone else may). Missing lampshades, blinds not easily operable. King bed needs some better pillows and less scratchy sheets. Two other things were resolved quickly when brought to attention and I appreciated the promptness on those. Pool was nice, though we spent more time at the beach :)
