Smuk uhindret udsigt over bugten fra 2. sal ved Summerspell. Denne enhed i 2. sal tilbyder en af de meget få hjørnebalkoner i bygningen, der over ser poolen ud.
Det bliver bare ikke bedre end dette! Sid på din balkon og tag udsigten over stranden og lyden af bølgerne. Denne særlige enhed tilbyder en fantastisk udsigt hele vejen nede på stranden og har en smuk udsigt til solnedgang om aftenen. Vi har for nylig opdateret denne enhed med et nyt A / C-system og ny komfur. Enheden tilbyder hygge i hjemmet, men de seje afslappende farver Florida. Master Bedroom tilbyder en king-size postorpedisk seng, indbygget køjesenge; denne enhed kan sove 4 komfortabelt. Vi har nu trådløst internet !!!
Summerspell er en flerårig favorit langs Scenic Highway 98 og er et Condo-strandkompleks med lav stigning med et maksimum på 30 enheder. Det er et fremragende valg for små familier og par på udkig efter en strand tilbagetog uden at betale bugten foran priser. Gå ud af din hoveddør på tværs af den naturskønne Hwy Crosswalk, og du er ved STRANDEN!
Faciliteter inkluderer: Sæsonopvarmet pool, udendørs boblebad, grillplads til grill og vaskeri på stedet. Pompano Joes verdensberømte golf foran restaurant ligger overfor dette kompleks. Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location. No issues whatsoever. We would definitely book here again.

Amazing stay

Super nice apartment modern up to date on everything in the apartment. Bathroom was immaculate and clean. Bedroom was beautiful and the mattress was comfortable as mine at home. Kitchen had everything you needed from appliances to pots and pans. The view from the Balcony was all ocean. Beautiful waking up and having breakfast on the balcony. Pool was nice hit tub was nice clean and hot. Definitely one of the best VRBOS I've stayed in. Location is great beach is literally a 3 minute walk. Only bummer is no washer and dryer in unit but they have a few onsite. Definitely would stay here again. Oh and the welcome basket is a Great gesture!!!

Great unit and great views. Close to restaurants and a walk across Scenic Hwy to the beach. Owner is very nice and spot on if you need anything.

Perfect place to stay!

We wanted an easy place to stay right across from the beach, where we could easily get in an out of our car and go exploring. This place was perfect. It is very well decorated, very clean, and easy to access. The owner was very communicative. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, easy, and feels like home, this is it!

SummerSpell 203

The condo was spotless and comfortable. We would stay there again. The digital door lock sticks a bit. The video was helpful to learn how to use the lock but it would be more helpful to add to the video that the humidity tends to make it stick sometimes. The sunsets are breathtaking and viewed from the lanai.

Great stay as always!

We enjoy staying at Summerspell and 203 is our favorite unit. The owners are so helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony can't be beat. It is so relaxing to hang out and watch the waves. There are plenty of TV channels and also some board games if you wish. Everything is always very fresh and clean. Plus it is easy to maintain that while you are staying with very little effort. It has become a home away from home.

Wonderful

When your only complaint is that the wi fi password is too long, you know you had a great stay. Spotless condo in a great location with a really nice pool at a price that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended.

Property Manager failed to respond to concerns

Area is great. Building not so much. Upon first entering the condo there is a musty odor, that never went away. The bathroom exhaust fan is almost completely covered in dust. A toothpick laying on the floor. On the second night, a cockroach scared the crap out of me, I wasn’t quick enough to kill it. It ran into a closet. I alerted the property manager that evening of some of the issues. No response was ever given.

Great Condo/Noisy guests

We have stayed at Summer Spell many times in the past. We love the location and affordability being just across the service road from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. While the condo was perfect, clean and well stocked, we were not pleased with the amount of noise in the complex. There were kids everywhere, out in the pool and hot tub until almost midnight and one night until 2am!! Whoever was above us on the third floor was jumping and banging all night long. Not what we are used to at Summer Spell. But again, to reiterate, the condo was great! The only complaint was a very uncomfortable couch. Great condo for the money! Thanks to the owners.

Exceptional!!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! I am a stickler for cleanliness and decor and this place does not disappoint. Right down to the great beach chairs (Tommy Bahama) the umbrella for shade on the beach and such a short walk to the beach!! The king sized bed was very comfortable, the furniture over all was clean of stains etc so I felt like I could actually relax while sitting on the couch. The location could not have been better and the parking and no elevators to wait on was an added bonus!! This condo “felt” new to the VRBO site and we would highly recommend it and will plan to stay again in the future. This is a 5 star rental. Danny & Kim R

Great family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 little ones, 3 and under). Location was perfect, short walk to the beach, and Pompano Joe's, where we grabbed dinner most nights, just so we didn't have to get in the car with the kids. The pool was right below our balcony which was very convenient as well. Overall great stay!

Great place

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights and loved it. The location is perfect, you are about as close as you can get to the beach without being right on it. It is right across the street from a free public beach. We went during a very busy time, but I never felt like the beach was too crowded. The room included 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that we used everyday. There were also some beach toys that our little girl used. The pool was also nice, we used it every night.

SUMMER SPELL #203

Excellent location for Beach access !! All the fun little shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Pompano Joe's has the best Happy Hour and is located right across the street. This is our 2nd stay at Summer Spell and will be our go-to for future visits. The condo is stocked with everything you need to make your vacation complete, from fantastic views to comfy beds and stocked kitchen supplies. Highly recommend - 5 stars

Great rental with beach view!

Great location! So close to the beach! Very nice rental, clean and fresh! To many good things to list! So I will just put out some inconvenience that I found to my family. The washer and dryer they mention is not in the house, but a coin laundry downstairs. The bunkbed is built a little hard to get up there. First rental that ask to empty dishwasher and put everything back to their place😅.(normally just wash the last load and leave them there) other than that, pool and jacuzzi are great! Sound proof surprised me. I thought would hear some noise since it is so close to the pool and beach. But very quiet! Would recommend!

As a family of five, we chose to invest in Gulf Winds #16 and Summer Spell Unit 203 because of their unbeatable location on Scenic Hwy 98, offering my kids easy and direct access to the beach.

We purchased this beachside condo because it’s the ideal getaway from our hectic lives. Since we live just minutes away, there’s no need to travel when we have the world’s best beaches right at our doorstep! Why go anywhere else? Our condo is just steps from the beach and offers convenient access to Pompano Joe’s for a relaxing lunch or dinner.

It’s all about the view! The Gulf views are absolutely breathtaking. The kids love the pool and the easy walk to the beach, while I love being able to relax on the balcony, watch the kids at the pool, and still soak in the beautiful beach scenery. Gulf-front views at a Gulf-view rental rate!
