We had a wonderful stay. Wei’s condo is well appointed and he was a wonderfully responsive host. Would love to stay again. Super close to the beach!

Ideal property to stay in.

You can't beat it for value and location. Beside all the usual things you have in a 5 star rating, this come with repeat guests that area wonderful neighbors. Definately would stay again.

Superb condo and location

Loved our stay at this condo. This is the third unit we have stayed in at the beach club and this one is the best so far everything you need is here from comfy bed, plenty of utensils, comfy settee, Tommy Bahamas beech chairs loads of linens. Definitely recommend a stay here

Perfect condo - steps from the beach!

This is a lovely property, literally 2 blocks from the beach and the famous Naples sunsets! And just a short walk to all the nightlife and restaurants of 5th Ave and 3rd Street shopping. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and maintained making it very easy to live in. We are already thinking about a return visit!!

Great Location

Wonderful location and beautiful property. Great communication with the owners...very attentive. Only thing that could be improved is updating the bed linens and towels.

Fantastic stay

The condo is well located and very easy to walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops on 5th and 3rd. The unit has been totally redone and is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Photos are very accurate. Wei is very easy to work with and very responsive. I can recommend highly.

Location location location

The landlord could not have been more accommodating. Let us check in early (drop off bags) and check out late. We stayed for ten days and didn’t have a car. You could stay for a month and not eat at every restaurant within walking distance.

Amazing Location in Old Naples

Close to the Beach and town this was a beautifully appointed and renovated condo. Truly able to enjoy Old Naples downtown- it was walking distance to everything on 5th ave and 3rd St - Condo was very clean and everything was as described- Wei was very responsive with any questions. We highly recommend this condo!

Spectacular!!!

we are currently staying at the condo, and so far we couldn't be happier. The pictures tell the true story, just a beautiful condo. Everything you could possibly need is here. Since this is off season, we pretty much have the beautiful pool to ourselves, although it is just a very short walk if you want sand and surf at the beach.... My passion for shopping has been fulfilled within walking distance of both the 5th Avenue shops and the 3rd Street shops. Restrauants are plentiful and also within walking distance. I would love to rent this condo for a month or two in the future.

An elegant comfortable condo in a great location!

Wonderful condo, in a beautiful setting, close walking distance to the fun that 5th Avenue offers: shops, restaurants, pubs with live entertainment, theatre, art, and so close to the gorgeous white sandy beach, this condo is exceptional in every way. Its modern decor, the upscale kitchen and bathroom renovations are well done, great flatscreen tv's in both bedrooms and the living room, household necessities are provided, very comfortable beds and sofa for relaxation, great pool right outside the unit that is like your own personal pool, impeccably maintained condo, grounds, very nice neighbors in the small complex, short beautiful walk (1.5 blocks) to the beach. The owners are very responsive to inquiries and arrangements. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Best Vacation Ever!

We have stayed at many Florida and Caribbean hotels and condos. This is by far the best! The location is positively perfect. The awesome beach is nearby and every downtown restaurant is within easy walking distance. The beautiful accommodations are better than a five-star hotel. The fantastic owners are extremely responsive and helpful. They answered every question promptly and have supplied absolutely every want and need. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, pots/pans and cutlery. The beds were very comfortable with upgraded linens and pillows. Extra towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies are abundant. Comfortable Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are all supplied and first class. They even supplied pool noodles! We spent many happy hours lounging on the front patio with a good book, wine and cheese. Their first floor unit is steps from the pool. We can’t wait until next year!

Location location location

Lovely two bed/bath condo very near to the beach also a short walk to the restaurants, had everything we needed. no problems parking. Aircon good, bonus to have a washer/dryer. Didn’t use the oven, or the pool, they seemed fine, basic tv Channels, we were out most of the time but I know some people like Netflix and Comcast, We hope to return, especially when it’s been renovated. Wei was very responsive about our problem to gain access, a perfect host, great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay linda and geoff

My husband and I love the Naples area and this condo was a perfect location to enjoy all Naples has to offer. In addition Wei is a very responsive host.

Needs some renovation but great location for beach and restaurants

We were booked for a staycation for 1 week to explore downtown Naples and get much needed beach time. As we were both planning to work during our stay, we selected this rental property because it appeared from the photos that it would be comfortable. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and we not only went back to our home mid-week for a night but ended our stay early. What we liked: The location is outstanding and the complex of apartments is beautiful, well-maintained and appointed with a heated pool, high end tables and lounging chairs. Our unit was clean and it was well stocked with plenty of beach chairs. The owner was responsive and stayed in touch. What we didn't like: The unit was severely worn and in much need of a renovation - which many of the other units in the complex appear to have undergone. Things like it being difficult to access the drawer of cutlery as the cabinet was deformed. The beach towels in the unit were torn and faded. Leaving the overall poor condition of the unit aside, mostly, it was just uncomfortable. The blinds did not keep the light out (which is on in the entire complex courtyard all night) -- it was impossible to get a good night's sleep in the master bedroom. It was also not conducive to working remotely - week cell signal and uncomfortable, dated furniture and technology. The Wifi was good though. The automated door lock is a great idea but we had constant trouble where it would say it was locked but it was not. Parking was tough on certain days but we managed. As the complex is lovely and in a great location, we recommend staying in one of the many renovated units.

Perfectly situated and secluded

What a wonderful location for a home away from home - easy walking access to restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the gorgeous beach! When desirous of quieter moments, the property is sufficiently secluded to accommodate. I would highly recommend this condo for those who like to truly relax on vacation without the logistical hassles of needing to drive anywhere to enjoy the ambience of Old Naples and the beach. The digitally keyed access and pre-printable parking pass made the experience wonderfully autonomous. Highly recommend this rental - thanks!

Great location

This property couldn’t be better located. It is 2 blocks from a great beach and we could easily walk to all the shopping and dining. We enjoyed sitting at the tables and chairs on the patio of the building. The kitchen is very small and not well stocked. We wished for dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and trash bags to get started but a quick trip to the store as a remedy. The electronic lock system was very convenient and we appreciated early access. The owner was very helpful and responded to all inquiries very promptly.

While we currently work and live in Hong Kong, we love the ocean and make sure we head to Naples at least once a year. Given I grew up in Naples, the first chance we had, we invested in our own piece of paradise here in Naples. If you are looking for nice quiet beaches, world-class fishing, over 100 18-hole golf courses, and fine dining and shopping, Naples is the place for you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!! There is no better location in the heart of Naples than The 5th Ave Beach Club. Located right on downtown 5th avenue in Naples, you are a 'stones throw' away from the white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, a short stroll to all the restaurants and shopping of 5th avenue and about a 5 minute walk to the historical Naples Pier.

Its a perfect place for a nice beach holiday with as much or as little to do as you desire.

We love the place and hope you will too!!!

We purchased the condo in April 2010 and completely remodeled the unit. Kitchen is completely brand new with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The brand new bathrooms have been completely redone with new tile work, seamless glass shower enclosure, and brand new vanities. We have also installed brand new flat screen TVs in each of the rooms. Having traveled extensively in Europe and Asia and having stayed at many hotels, we wanted to replicate the modern furnishings and the plush white linens you find in 5 star hotels in our cozy Naples beach condo. Hope you enjoy the condo and appreciate any comments/suggestions you may have.
