Extremely clean, well stocked with condiments, beautiful area with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our only regret is not booking it for several nights- great place!

We enjoyed our short stay. The purpose of our get together was to ride the Steam Train in nearby Elbe. The bedroom arrangement worked well for privacy for each of us. We did not cook meals but did use the coffee maker. Being summer we used many cold drinks, which we had brought from home . ice cream had been brought from Portland for an ice cream party our second evening. We had brought a couple games from home to enjoy, which proved to be wise. There were few games provided and those that were there had some missing pieces. Beds and bedding provided were very comfortable and cozy. Our little family reunion went well and we enjoyed the space we shared. Two of our party had entered Mt. Rainier park before the 4PM occupancy time and enjoyed that. Good location for several destinations.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Perfect place to stay for our son's wedding in the area. Check-in was wonderful and great location! Very clean home and was perfect for our family.

Perfect Drive to Mt. Rainer

Our family of 8 stayed here. The house is beautiful and in a beautiful location. Very close to Mt. Rainier. We would stay here again, we loved it!

Wonderful house near Mt Ranier

Perfect location for visiting Mt Ranier National Park, only minutes from the gate The house is beautiful and we found deer waiting when we arrived. Very happy with the rental.

Lovely home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this updated, clean home. It provided plenty of space for our family and was conveniently located near Mt. Rainier, which was our destination. After a great day of hiking, we thoroughly appreciated coming back to this well-appointed cabin.

Excellent

Very clean beautiful home. Even though it was in a little community it was still more secluded than the other ones. The beds were very comfy. It was a great place to get away.

A short stay in Paradise

A very clean and new house in a quiet forested neighborhood. There was a good walking/running trail system just a block away.

Mt Rainier's NP Door Step

Nice, comfortable, well stocked home located right outside Mt Rainier National Park. Lovely little pond at back of property where we saw a family of deer spend the evening. Easy check in and out.

We had a great stay.

It's a very clean, well-kept property in a quiet neighborhood. Only a few minutes drive to the National Park entrance. VERY easy to contact the host. Thank you. We would be happy to rent this place again.

Excellent option if spending time in Mount Rainier National Parl!

If you are going to be spending several days or more in Mount Rainer National Park, Ashford is the best place to stay as it's just 5 min from the park entrance. There are plenty of restaurants and a couple general store / grocery mart options. Perch was tucked into a secluded, peaceful neighborhood with lots of wild life and gorgeous views. The inside was super nice with comfy furniture and beds. There's a charcoal grill on the back porch that was nice to grill up some burgers while watching all the geese hang out in the pond in the backyard. We'll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house, right near a trailhead! Very quiet, with a lovely view. I've actually booked the same location a second time already. I had a lot of questions and some technical troubles with booking, but the property manager was very kind, patient, and helpful.

Great place to statue night if you’re biding Mt. Rainier or the area!

Great communication for self checkin and recommendations to restaurants and groceries. Wonderful time had around the campfire. We didn’t cook but used the wine glasses. 😁. Coffee was supplied!

Lovely Getaway Spot

We had a great time staying - lots of space for our group to spread out, could see a family of deer wandering around from the back patio, a short drive away from Mt Rainier National Park, big kitchen with the essentials, surprisingly good WiFi, and comfy beds and couch. The TV in the living room did not have Netflix available as an App to download which requires us to connect a computer via HDMI to watch a movie to unwind at the end of the night. We thought this was a bit unusual compared to other places we have stayed so I thought I’d mention in case helpful to others when packing for their stay. Overall a great place and we are already talking about a visit next year!

The property was very clean (except for a filthy coffee maker) but it is definitely no frills compared to other places we've stayed. It's in a quiet neighborhood but the description of the property is a bit misleading. The "lake view" and "on a lake" means there is a small shallow pond filled with algae on the edge of the back yard. There are front and back porches but there is no furniture on either so they are useless. There is a fireplace but it didn't work for us. The biggest issue is the air conditioning - there is only one unit to cool the entire place and it's in the living room. There is no A/C in the bedrooms and they remained quite warm for us no matter how cold we made the living room. All in all, it's not a horrible place if you don't expect much, but it was quite cozy for six adults.
