This fully-outfitted and ideally situated home offers a fresh modern take on a ranch theme with plush black & white textiles, solid wood rustic barn doors and clean lines. Plenty of space to gather together or enjoy privacy, both inside and outside the home; the uber comfortable bedrooms boast a close-encounter view of both Coffee Pot and Thunder Mountain or see the sweeping sunset vistas of Mingus Mountain from the back deck.

Be the first to settle into the latest addition to the Hiker’s Haven family and stay in a space created with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Newly remodeled with all new furniture, bedding and supplies throughout. We continue to refine and hone our craft to design places for guests to travel to, discover and explore with the intention of making happy memories and becoming your new Sedona favorite.

And of course, a true reflection of a Hiker’s Haven is an inviting trailhead just ¼ mile away leading to any number of adventures for a hiker (or biker) to experience.

Additionally, the large and airy spaces and the roomy kitchen creates a space to make yourself at home with a considerable number of features and tools for anyone who enjoys creating and sharing meals around a large farmhouse table with seating for 6+.

We are in a quiet residential neighborhood at the base of some beautiful red rock formations. West Sedona is minutes away and just down our main road is 89A - the main thoroughfare with an abundance of places to eat, shop and visit.
UPTOWN SEDONA is about 4 miles East.

Enjoy quiet sunset views and stargazing from the spacious deck.

What a gem in the BEST location! This is the perfect house in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. The house is well stocked with everything you need and was very comfortable. There’s a nice trail just 0.5 mile away from the house that was perfect for a late afternoon hike or a great trail to warm you up for the day. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay…also, you have to go stargazing at night on the back porch! Ed was a fantastic host!

Located adjacent to Capitol Butte, you couldn’t ask for a better location, accommodations, or host. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Beautiful house and perfect location

The house was perfect. Beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. Minutes drive from trail heads and also in walking distance to a few. Ed was very communicative and everything was great. Highly recommend!

Everything You Need for Your Sedona Vacation

This property includes everything you need for your stay in Sedona. Beginning with its location. It is conveniently located close to town with access to grocery stores and great restaurants and close to amazing hiking and biking trails. It has amazing views of the surrounding red rock formations. The interior is spacious and has outstanding decor and furnishings. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The large garage was perfect for storing our bikes. This house was perfect for our mountain biking trip and would be top on our list for our next visit. Our host Ed communicated everything we needed know and you can tell that he takes great care of his home. Don't hesitate to book this property if it is available.

Our stay was wonderful

This house was so nicely renovated. It had everything we needed plus more. The views were so lovely. We enjoyed the backyard and sitting out front. The neighborhood was so quiet. It was a close and easy drive to many places. Ed was very responsive.

Perfect

Ideal for our family of 5. Ed has thought of everything to make this home comfortable and convenient. The home is pristine, spacious, and filled with many thoughtful extras. Well located, it makes for a great base for the area. We slept well on the comfortable beds and appreciated the outdoor spaces with amazing views. Fast WiFi, bikes, games, coffee and tea, yoga mats, a laundry room, and quality bath products are among the great amenities. The only “problem” is deciding between relaxing here and exploring Sedona’s trails.

We made use of all this gorgeous house had to offer. The deck, the bikes, the yoga mats, the garage. Cant fault it. beautifully decorated and everything you need in a kitchen. Reusable containers for leftovers a perfect addition to other places i've stayed.

Great Property

Had a great three nights at Hikers Haven 2. The owner was very communicative and there was a lot of information including maps at the property. We hiked each day walking to the trailhead from the property (short walk). The trails and hiking are fantastic. The location is great with superior views in a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery and other shopping. The property was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. The kitchen worked great for us and the outdoor areas were fantastic as well. We can’t wait to return.

Great house in a great location

The house is in excellent condition with a great location convenient to many scenic hiking trails. It is nicely organized, the kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are new. The house is very comfortable. The host was great about communicating and was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Wonderful house in a great location. Perfect for mountain bikers.

House was clean, modern, well stocked, and perfect for my group of 4 mountain bikers. We loved riding to the nearby trails right from the house. The house had everything we needed. The garage was great for bike storage and they even provide a nice tire pump. We didn't ride all the trails we wanted to so we will likely be back!

Peaceful Relaxing Retreat in Sedona

The house was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a upgraded kitchen with all the extras. The property had amazing views of the mountains and excellent star gazing. We loved our stay.

Summer vacation

I can’t say enough good things about Ed and his property. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs, cabins and vacation rentals but this one, without question is the best. Great location, decor and cleanliness. Lots of little things that made the stay stand out (like the green house number sign that made it easy to find.) Lots of nice towels and plenty of paper and cleaning products. Everything in the house seemed like new. Ed was a great host as well. If anything he undersells the place in the description, it was beyond what I expected. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return some day.

We had a great time at hiker haven! Quiet neighborhood and the house was just like advertised. Beds were comfortable and lots of room for the 3 of us. The fire pit was great at night. Also great location super close to the grocery store and trails.

Amazing Property

We had an amazing stay! Great location, super quiet neighborhood, close to the trails & shops and the amenities were 5+ star. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Barbecue grill, every utensil we needed & plenty of dishes & pans to chef-up any meal. The back deck was perfect for yoga in the afternoon and we mountain biked right from the house, no driving thru town. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous home and great location

This property was the best we have ever stayed at. So clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The decor was gorgeous. Beds comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Really close to grocery store and trails for hiking. The views from the house are amazing. Really can't give enough raves for this property. Should we visit Sedona again, hikerhaven will be our home away from home. Thank you!!

Amazing trip

I’ve been to Sedona several times, and this was my favorite stay! The house was perfect, with all of the amenities we needed and more. The owner was super responsive, and made our time in his home easy and relaxing. I can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful home in best location

House was spotless; tastefully decorated; spacious; well-laid out. We loved the various seating areas, the bright eat-in kitchen, patio seating outside. The kitchen had every pan and utensil you would want - plenty of dishes, all brand new, nice glassware. Laundry room so convenient. Grocery store less than a mile away. We relaxed in the living room and felt so pampered. Neighborhood quiet and private; night skies were amazing. We should have stayed longer, definitely recommend this place!! Host sent the info we needed right when we needed it. We had no problems at all.

Amazing location and amazing house!

We loved everything about Hiker's Haven II! The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. It was spacious for our group of 4 adults; comfortable beds and living/dining room furniture. The house had plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets, well stocked kitchen - lots of thoughtful touches - and so cute and well decorated! And the location was perfect - nearby to town and restaurants and walking distance to several trails. We look forward to staying here again next time we're in Sedona!

Thanksgiving Family Trip

Everything about this property helped make our first trip to AZ a memorable one. Had all the amenities we needed, very clean and well organized. Communication with property manager always prompt and kept us well informed on what was in the area for our first time. Loved the trailhead access from within the property community. Great location for access to hiking, dining, shopping.

My first visit to Sedona happened years ago. I could not believe how beautiful and amazing it is. Many years later I moved to Arizona and I am now lucky to be able to enjoy Sedona. I love hiking, nature and the beautiful scenery.

Wow! Walk out the front door, see Thunder Mountain. Wake up in the Queen bed, see Thunder Mountain. It's hard to convince yourself to leave bed when your view is the mountain that made Walt Disney fall in love with Sedona. Have you ridden on Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disney? Here's the inspiration. What a view! A big back yard with a great deck with a panoramic view of Migus Mountain and Jerome. A fire pit that has a view of Thunder Mountain. Take a walk during the day and wave at the friendly neighbors or watch the wildlife. Take a walk at night and marvel at how dark it is!
