This pet-friendly, two-story villa on the second floor offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a charming coastal theme, ocean views, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two double beds, and a guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms along with the laundry room, are located on the bottom level. On the upper level, you'll find a bright, open layout with a fully-equipped kitchen, a half bath, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a dining table for six. The ocean-view balcony is a perfect spot to start your day watching the sunrise. A full-size washer and dryer plus free WiFi ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The ocean-side pool is heated during our mild winter months and offers plenty of seating and tables to relax between swims. Enjoy grilling with ocean views at the charcoal grill area, complete with picnic tables. Beach access is easy via a scenic boardwalk that winds through beautifully maintained grounds. Please note that pool heating schedules are managed by the association and are not within our control.

This location offers everything you need for a care-free vacation—just park and unwind. Within the resort, explore parks, playgrounds, and amenities like free pickleball, basketball, and ping pong at Drummond Park. Stroll boardwalks along the salt marsh or catch a sunset at Walkers Landing. Enjoy spa services, boutique shopping, and dining at The Shops at Omni Amelia Island. Please note, the elevator at this building has required many maintenance visits due to stopping mid-floor while in use. This unit is less impacted than others, as it has both interior and exterior stairs even when using the elevator.

*During the busy season, we kindly request that each group limits their number of vehicles to a maximum of two. This helps ensure that all guests have access to parking spaces and helps maintain a smooth parking experience for everyone.
