With just a short walk on a paved path, you will find yourself on Tims Ford Lake at the Holiday Landing Marina, located at the northern end of the lake in Tullahoma, TN. Dock your boat at the public docks and enjoy dinner & a drink at The Blue Gill Grill.

Hike to the beautiful, local waterfalls and the trails at Tims Ford State Park. Bring your golf clubs and tee off at the Jack Nicholas designed course, Bear Trace. The course is located on a peninsula surrounded by the lake. This area of middle Tennessee is a true slice of heaven.

When it's time to wind down from the fun, light the fire on the large, covered back deck, turn on your favorite show or music, and enjoy the peaceful wood lined back yard.

The kitchen is fully equipped (even spices!) to prepare your favorite meal.
There is also a gas grill on the back deck, ready to grill all of your favorites.

The home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 on the main level and 2 on the second floor. There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 on the main level and 1 on the second floor.

The main level master bedroom is located in the back of the home. There are 3 large, conjoined windows overlooking the private treelined backyard. Waking to this view makes a great start to the day! The master features a king bed with luxurious bedding, an en-suite full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom on the main level features equally luxurious bedding on a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom.

On the second floor you will find 2 additional bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. One with a beautifully decorated queen bed, the other with 2 posh twin beds. Additionally, on the second floor is a relaxing loft area overlooking the living area below.

There are 3 smart TVs in the home. 65" in the living room, 55" on the back deck, and 43" in the master bedroom.

There is a full sized LG washer and dryer available for your use.

Other close towns include Manchester, Winchester, Lynchburg (Jack Daniel’s) & Shelbyville. Downtown Winchester will welcome you with adorable shops and small-town restaurants. Downtown Tullahoma also has wonderful local shops and restaurants, as well as larger stores and restaurants. The community is conveniently located within1.5 hours of Nashville, Chattanooga & Huntsville. We are less than 40 minutes from Sewanee, TN (Sewanee University) and 50 minutes from The Caverns (music venue).
