Welcome to FERBAS SUITES! With over 30 5-star reviews earned in another platform, we proudly invite you to stay in our studio apartment, located at the edge between Palermo Holywood and Chacarita, the trendiest neighbourhoods in BA.
Sitting on the 7th floor in the back of the building, the studio has lots of sunlight and no street noise! You'll find everything you need to have a wonderful stay with us, having planned every detail with your confort in mind.

Brand new studio 35m² (376 sq feet), divided into three differenciated areas: bedroom area (premium mattress 1.40mx1.90m - 4.6x6.2 feet), living room area (comfy sofa bed 2.6x6.2 feet, bluetooth speaker and 32" TV with Chromecast), and kitchen/dining area (fully equipped!). Air conditioning and individual radiant heater (floor). Complete bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, hair dryer and basic first aid kit. The apartment also has a private balcony from where you can enjoy beautiful sunset views.
In the building, you'll find a laundry room (tokens and supplies provided), a small gym and a rooftop pool (open December-March), all available for you to enjoy.
Security video cameras installed in common areas only and 24-hour virtual security guard at the entrance (totem).
With several buses nearby and a subway station only a 12-minute walk away, a supermarket right across the street and surrounded by restaurants of all kinds, this location is very convenient to explore the whole city, while the excellent food scene and nightlife of the neighbourhood will make your "living like a local" experience easy and fun!

This area is one of the bests starting points both to explore the city as a tourist but also to experience it as a local resident. Both Palermo Hollywood and Chacarita offer a great array of restaurants and cafés to enjoy different kinds of cuisine from all around the world. Several bus lines run really close to the apartment, and there is a subway that takes oyu directly to the Obelisc and Puerto Madero only a 10-minute walk away!
