Furnished Sleek 2-Storey House-Ground and 2nd Floors of the House

Place is located in Yonge and king road in Richmond hill. Upscale area of the city : 3 min walk to bus stop, 2 min drive to “Go Transit Gormley Depot “ with 30 min ride to downtown Toronto. 5 min drive to Major Hyw 404 with easy access to all part of the city. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the house and all 4 have one queen beds inside them. All 4 bedrooms are available; however inside one of the bedrooms, there is a small closet that is currently locked (used to store some towels/cleaning supplies, etc.). There is also a Sofabed on the ground floor of the house (approximate size of a king bed; please refer to the photos).

-Apt is in upper Richmond Hill right in front of a trail that can be viewed from the 2nd floor bedroom; walking distance to Wilcox Lake

-Non-Smoking House! No pets allowed
-Quite Upscale Neighborhood Right in front of a Beautiful Trail.

-Two at the front main entrance monitoring the area in front of this main entrance
-One at the top right corner of the garage door monitoring the property driveway

-Three on the sides of the house (2 @ left side of the house & 1 on the right side if facing the garage door) monitoring the two sides of the house
-2 inside the garage (that is used mainly for host storage) monitoring inside the garage

Great home for a family get away!

The most impressive thing about this home is the host!! He was communicative and very friendly. It always helps to trust your host :-) I booked this based on the previous review and thought I would share a little more detail for anyone else interested. The home is as described-the ground and 2nd story. There is a gentleman who resides in the lower level-he has separate entrances and comes and goes very quietly. The 4 bedrooms are all upstairs. I’m not sure if they mattresses the previous review mentioned were replaced as the host stated, but we did need to stack the 2 thin mattresses together on 1 bed to make it suitable for sleeping. It was fine for us as we only needed 3 beds. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this house :-)

Thank you very much for your review, Marcie. It was a pleasure to have you and we wish we could host you again. Basement is a separate unit with separate entrance as Marcie stated and nothing is shared between this listing and the basement. Mattresses were replaced prior to Marcie’s attendance; however, Marcie was correct; we found out that 2 of the newly replaced mattresses need further upgrade; therefore, after Marcie’s checkout they both were replaced with 10” thick top quality memory foam queen-size mattresses. Just to add a note that recently a sofa bed is added on the main floor of the house. This is an extra bed (in addition to the 4 queen beds in the 4 bedrooms upstairs). This added sofa bed when unfolded, is like a queen size bed (this sofa is 12” thick and comfortable when unfolded). Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback Marcie. We are trying our best to provide the most pleasant experience for all our guests, and your input helped us very much to improve.

Beautiful location in a quiet residential area north of Toronto.

Great location in the suburb, does require a car. Spacious place, lots of natural light. Did require blackout curtains, in the bedrooms which were provided once requested. 2 bedrooms had good beds. The other two we did not use but require deeper mattresses to avoid feeling the boxspring beneath. We requested a larger pot and a bread knife which were immediately provided. Kitchen does require more dishes [ a set for 4 already there] and utensils generally. A proper dining table set would be nice, instead of the narrow raised bar table and stools.. We used the wooden table and moved it into the kitchen area. The owner is willing to accommodate any reasonable requests.

Regarding the location, Richmond Hill is a vibrant municipality and one of the most populous areas, conveniently situated close to all amenities along Yonge Street. This bustling street is often referred to as the 'Main Street of Ontario,' connecting Richmond Hill to Lake Ontario. In response to your feedback, we have taken steps to improve the kitchen facilities by adding more utensils and dish settings. We now have over 10 dishes available in various cabinets, and we've included an additional set of 4 dishes along with extra utensils for your convenience. We understand your concern about the dining table size, and we want to assure you that we've recently added a dining table with more surface area to accommodate our future guests comfortably. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. We strive to provide the best experience for all our guests, and your input helps us continually improve. We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even more enjoyable stay.
