What an amazing stay! Melinda is a communicative and helpful host, and the home more than lives up to the description. It is incredibly clean, very spacious and comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you may need. Overall, a great experience!

This house was so beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked with any supplies we needed, the owner even had some welcome snacks for us, which my kids enjoyed. It felt like home for us. Communication, check in was easy and I hope to stay here again in the future.

This vacation home was all it said it was and more. We found it the perfect location to visit downtown Greenville, restaurants, shops and sites of historical interests.The property was well maintained with an inviting firepit and hot tub in the back yard.The interior of the home was exceptionally neat, clean and well maintained with a well-stocked kitchen and pantry. Bedrooms were attractive and roomy with lots of closet and drawer space, and the beds were quite comfortable.Melinda was a wonderful host who was quick to respond to any inquiry we had and offered any assistance needed to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable.We have already talked about once again renting this particular property when we return to Greenville in search of a new permanent residence.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home conveniently located in downtown. Home is exactly as pictured and one of the most well stocked we have rented. Such a nice touch to have a variety of coffee to try! I would definitely rent this home again!

This is the most welcoming home we have rented. Communication was amazing and we fell in love with the space. We spent a quick weekend celebrating Easter with our daughter who attends Clemson. We had such a relaxing and special weekend. I would stay here again for sure and encourage anyone to book and enjoy this home.

Great home! Host was super attentive, easy to reach, and very responsive. Home is an easy drive to downtown Greenville, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful evening. We slept great and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was a great layout, and beautifully decorated and furnished and all very nice quality, except for the sofa bed. The mattress was so thin and hard the person who had planned on sleeping there refused to, and instead slept on one sheet on the sofa in the living room which luckily was large enough.Since the cottage was advertised to sleep six, and there were four of us, one couple and two single adults, we were disappointed that we had paid extra for this sleeping arrangement that did not work out.There is also a house rule that we did not know about until we got there, and it is no shoes in the house. The location was not quite as walkable as we had hoped, but fortunately we learned there was parking at the Cancer Survivors Park, which is on the Swamp Rabbit Trail that leads to Falls Park and Downtown. There is a housing development underway across the street so unfortunately there is noise from that machinery during the day.The bathrooms and laundry if you needed it were very nice, everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was more than well equipped, every kind of coffee maker from Keurig to an espresso machine, as well as fresh half n half and creamers that we didn’t know would be there. We had an unexpected bonus of a beautiful sunset view from the back yard.

Hello Diane, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I'm glad you found it mostly to your liking and enjoyed the sunset from the backyard. We actually have a 5 person max occupancy (for families with young children) with a 4 adult maximum. It is difficult to find a sleeper sofa with an extremely comfortable mattress. I'm sorry you did not find the sofa bed to your liking but found another option that worked. We do our best to make our home as comfortable as possible. As for the additional guest fee, I reviewed your reservation and did not see one. It only shows our normal nightly rate. Also, my listing details clearly states we ask guests to please remove their shoes upon entry so I'm not sure how you missed that detail. I also apologize the construction noise was an issue. We look forward to it being completed hopefully soon! Either way I thank you for choosing to stay with us and wish you the best.

The home was comfortable, inviting, and beautifully decorated and remodeled. We really appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to share a bathroom; each bedroom came with a full size luxurious bathroom. The host was very accommodating during our stay, communicating with us as needed. We thank her for the coffee and snacks that she provided for us upon check in. Overall, we think the property was excellent. It was in a good location within walking distance to the Cancer Survivor Park and Reedy Falls.
