Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests will meet our staff for key drop off. Front desk does not allow us to hold the keys. This is a private accommodation and the apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!



Please make sure to stop by the front desk to have your photos taken. All guests listed on the registration form are required to do this, as the building admin is quite strict with this policy.



Failure to comply may result in a penalty, so please make sure to complete this before heading up to the unit.



IMPORTANT: Lost keys, FOBs, and/or garage openers will incur a $250 replacement fee. These items are difficult and costly to replace, so please keep them safe during your stay.

Getting Around:

In Honolulu and in Waikiki you can get around by shuttle, taxi, ride-share (such as Uber | Lyft) or public transportation.



Many attractions located near the space can be reached by bike or by walking. Rental cars are in high demand, so please plan ahead in order to secure a reservation prior to arrival. Major rental companies are available inside the Honolulu Airport (HNL).



If you are taking trips to other islands during your stay, transportation options may vary.



Other Things to Note:

No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. A maximum of 3 guests are allowed in the space, and the sofa bed can be used as an additional bed. Please remove your shoes when entering the home. No pets are allowed in the space, and no smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the premises.



PARKING OPTIONS: PARKING SLOT NUMBER 7039. The unit comes with its own parking slot. Hold the key card close to the pad and you should be able to get inside the parking lot. While you are in a safe area, please be sure to monitor your belongings and lock your vehicle as a precaution. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels. Due to the convenient central location of the space, some noise from the street, music, pool, or restaurant patio areas is possible from the surrounding area. Noise levels are typically minimal. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.



The AC units in the building are all similar and not 100% noiseless. If you're sensitive to any noise, you may want to consider other options.



Nearby are two large grocery stores (WalMart & Target) where you can pick up food, beach, and toiletry essentials.



Trash Disposal: Please properly dispose of all household trash by placing it inside the designated trash chute or appropriate receptacle. Do not leave trash bags or other items beside the trash chute or on the floor. Bulky or oversized items, including furniture, mattresses, boxes, packing foam, or electronics, must not be placed in the trash chute. Items that do not fit freely through the chute should be disposed of through a third-party service.



Please note that improper use of the trash chute may result in a $500 fine, along with additional charges for cleanup, labor, or damage repair as applicable.



During your stay, should anything become broken or damaged, please notify the host immediately so that repairs and reporting can be done in a timely manner. Unreported damages may result in a $200 fee and being reported to AirBNB.



📋 REQUIRED BUILDING REGISTRATION FORMS



The building administration requires all guests staying in the unit to complete registration paperwork before arrival. These forms are for building registration, security, and emergency contact purposes only—they are not a rental contract or lease.



Completed forms must be submitted at least 3 days before check-in. The building administration charges a $250 late registration fee if the forms are not received by the deadline.



By booking, you agree to complete and return the required paperwork on time. If you are not comfortable providing the requested information or completing the forms, please do not book this property.



Interaction with Guests:

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.



The host will be accessible for guests via phone, text, or the AirBNB app should you have any questions about the apartment or the area.
