Located on the south shore, this spacious waterfront retreat features over 300 feet of lake frontage and 1,200 feet of channel frontage, providing plenty of room to fish, kayak, boat, or simply relax by the water.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the lake, then head out from one of the property's multiple fishing piers to try your luck catching walleye, perch, or bass. Launch your boat at the nearby public launch less than two miles away, or spend the afternoon exploring the lake by kayak. Kids will love the wide-open outdoor space to run and play, while adults can unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty of room for families and groups to gather. After a day on the water, enjoy dinner outdoors, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, and watch the sunset paint the sky over the lake. Conveniently located just 7 minutes from Winneconne and 20 minutes from Oshkosh, you'll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, festivals, and local attractions while still enjoying the privacy and tranquility of a true lakeside getaway.

This home was perfectly situated on the lake and a wonderful property. It is a generational property and the home exhibits many personal touches that make it feel special. The check in was easy. The host, Beau, was very friendly and proactive in communication with me. I appreciated the central location and the beauty of Lake Poygan. I will definitely be back again. The home was clean. Perfect for a family EAA vacation.

Perfect place to stay on the water! Plenty of room in and outside. Really nice if you are pulling a bass boat or having several cars.

Great place for a long weekend

Everything was great. Amazing view. Decks perfect for fishing. Owner helped out with everything and prepared the place nicely.

Amazing property

My family of 6 had a great time here… was super easy check in, the host was great, the lake-house was awesome… clean,fully furnished, very comfortable place. Literally right on the lake with 3 piers. We launched our boat and kept it right there tied to our own private pier and was able to come and go about as easy as it gets. To the host…thank you for the pleasant experience and we will be looking forward to coming back again next year. 5 star stay

Beautiful setting

This lake house had plenty of room for our group of two families with 3 adults and 3 teens. Everyone who wanted their own bed had their own bed. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dining area that could accommodate all of us at once. Our favorite indoor feature was the huge window in the living room with a fantastic view of Lake Poygan. Outside there are several docks for fishing and water access. This property is basically surrounded on 3 sides with water. We kayaked, fished, and just relaxed by the water. There were many large fish jumping and we saw some mink which was a first for us. The property is a quick 10 minute drive to the town of Winneconne which is adorable and has everything you need. Our group's reason for visiting the area was to attend the EAA airshow in Oshkosh which was also only a short drive (about 30 min) away. As much as we liked the airshow it was really nice to get away from all the action and come back to the serenity of the lake house. A bonus for airplane enthusiasts is that even when relaxing at the lake, a lot of the planes from the airshow will fly overhead. You can be sitting on a kayak in the lake and see an old WWII plane flying nearby. Our host, Beau, was easy to get in touch with and super friendly. Check in and check out was simple. We probably won't make it back to Wisconsin anytime soon because it's pretty far from home, but if we do, I would want to stay here again!

Our property is located on a quiet road with only two neighboring homes, making it a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. One of the things we love most is the sense of privacy and the natural beauty of the area, while still being just minutes from town.

The nearby town of Winneconne is a charming small community with plenty to enjoy. You'll find great local restaurants, friendly people, and events happening throughout the year, including live music, car shows, and seasonal festivals. A favorite local spot is Marble Park, which features a unique man-made swimming area with a sandy beach, floating toys, inflatables, and an ice cream stand—making it a fun destination for both kids and adults. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a place to enjoy local activities, there's something here for everyone.

What truly makes our property unique is the setting. Situated on a spacious two-acre lot with water surrounding three sides of the property, it offers incredible views, privacy, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

Guests can relax in the boathouse, which is perfect for hanging out or storing a small fishing boat, and take advantage of three private docks for fishing or simply enjoying the water. We also provide two kayaks and a dedicated kayak launch so you can explore the lake at your own pace. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and family time under the stars.
The property is designed for outdoor living, with plenty of open space for kids to run, play, and explore. Seasonal pear and apple trees add to the charm, creating a peaceful retreat where families can unplug, spend time together, and make lasting memories on the water.
