We are happy that you loved the pool and the chairs!.Thanks also for highlighting how well maintained the court yard is as we do try our best to keep these units up to standard. On the other hand, we do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the washer and dryer. We have asked our team to make the necessary checks to see what we can do to improve future stays! We also apologize for the malfunctioning pool light. Please note however that this is handled by the HOA of the complex and not Benchmark; but we will reach out to ensure it is addressed. Your comments regarding the couches and carpets have been taken into account. we also thank you for highlighting the issue of stain and mildew. Please note that our team will make the necessary checks to ensure that they will not be present for future stays.
