📝 Guests are required to send a list of all individuals included in the reservation.
Additionally, in adherence to HOA regulations, we kindly ask guests to complete and sign a form provided by the host before check-in. This form is required for verification purposes by the HOA. The account owner will be requested to furnish a copy of their ID, a list of the expected guests for each reservation, as well as a list of the vehicles that will be brought onto the property.
