Unlike many local hotels and rentals, this property does not charge additional guest fees, making it a convenient option for travelers.
1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal.
