Great place!

My teen daughter and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. Great location and we fell safe here with just the two of us! Also, such a cute place and such a comfy bed!! Would definitely recommend and stay here again 😊

Cozy, Comfy, Condo

This is a great little gem. Great location with a less than 5 minute walk to beach. Modern, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities one would need. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay

Location is across the street from nice public access. Local eating steps away. I would highly recommend this rental. We did have midnight loud noise above us but hopefully it was just the people renting at the same time as us. Overall great price, location and beautiful updates inside.

This property is very nicely decorated and clean. My daughter and I had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The check/out process was a breeze!! The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that the walls are very thin. Couldn’t exactly hear anyone talking, but almost every movement made in the condo above us we could hear. Most definitely would stay here again!!

Wonderful Beach stay

We went for a friend’s wedding and as a little vacation too! We had a great time! We brought our dog with us and that was nice but it we wish we would have known we couldn’t take him on the beach before we went. That was our fault for not checking first! We were close to everything and the beach was very close so that nice too! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo, Shady Area

The condo itself is very nicely decorated, with all the amenities you might want. But the building and location were both pretty shady. The walls are paper thin—we could hear every word of the upstairs neighbor’s conversation. But more importantly, this complex is not in a very nice area. During the day it was fine, but at night we saw several homeless and/or sketchy people walking around and the condo itself is behind a notoriously dangerous strip club. It’s certainly not the fault of the owners, who were great and have done everything they can to make it a nice place to stay. But we did not feel safe at night here.

Our September Trip

Condo was clean and nicely decorated (although I will say the couch is very uncomfortable and more for looks like functionality). It’s within walking distance to a few restaurants and the beach. Short drive to the nearest Publix grocery as well. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and aloe were in the bathroom which was a nice touch. As well as a large bottle of dish soap in the kitchen. There are a few reasons why I cannot rate my stay as 5 star however. I wish I knew beforehand that while the amenities list a washer & dryer it is actually a laundry room shared by the whole complex. It is also coin operated $2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dry. There is not a change machine either so we had to venture out in search of somewhere get a bunch of quarters. This was very inconvenient. It would have been nice if there was a laundry basket for our use also. Communication with the host was poor. I had messaged through VRBO as well as emailed a week before our trip with a question and received no response. There wasn't a binder or anything with pertinent condo information like I’ve had at every single other home I’ve rented. There is a code to the aforementioned laundry room which we did not have and I had to call the host. Overall, it was sufficient for the price point but I think there are some things that could be improved upon.
