When you first enter the home, you are greeting by a modern and comfortably designed living room with plush seating and a large Smart TV. The chef in your group will thank you for the spacious fully-equipped kitchen, and the game fanatics in your group will thank you for the incredible ping-pong table! And we cannot wait for you to experience one of our favorite spots... the upper balcony for your morning cup of coffee! There is never a lack of relaxation and entertainment at this dream vacation spot!
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! - All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
- Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!
- Love on the environment by exploring the surrounding area sustainably with our provided bikes!

If you walk down the street a ways, you will find an open garden. It is a local spot that is open to the public but not well known - a great place to stroll through after grabbing a cup of coffee.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

Hi there, my name is Landon!
I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
