The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We had a couple of arrival requests that the host was very open to assist with.
Property is across the street from Centennial Park, the Ferry, multiple restaurants, shops, and coffee spots.

We had a fantastic stay over a long weekend. Crystal-Mae was very helpful and responsive and the condo has a fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere. We also appreciated how comfortable all the beds were, the multiple levels (and rooftop) and well appointed kitchen. It was perfect for our group and made a family-filled weekend very relaxing.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

This condo on Coronado Island is in a fantastic location, easily accessible to the ferry, shops and restaurants. It is clean, comfortable and fully equipped, and the owner could not have been more helpful. Our family of eight stayed there over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location! Beautiful and spacious home for our large family as we attended the wedding of our friends right near the Ferry Landing. The groomsmen were able to walk over and stay cool while the bridesmaids took pictures on the Bay. And so fun playing games on the rooftop deck. Loved every minute!

family vacation

Nice location with access to a very small bit of shoreline. Views are nice. The island is easy to walk around and there are nice restaurants and stores on Orange Ave. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of space.

Exceeded our expectations

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this great house. Several nice restaurants and a brewery around the corner and a health foods grocery a block away. The property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Enjoyed being on the quieter bay side of the island. The manager was helpful and very responsive to our questions.

Repeat customer

This was our second stay at this great property, the first being two years ago. We love Coronado in general and love this property specifically because it is at the quiet end of Orange Avenue. We were pleasantly surprised that we had access from the garage directly into the condo, which is a change from previous. We also enjoyed the upgraded TVs and TV service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Christmas on Coronado Island

Our family spent a week in this beautiful home for Christmas. The pictures depict this home perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as living area. Everyone had plenty of space for playing games or watching movies without interrupting each other. A perfect gourmet kitchen with everything you could think of and more. You don’t need to bring anything; they thought of everything! Great proximity to a greenbelt park, restaurants, coffee shops and a quick ride on bikes gets you to Del Coronado Hotel and beach. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonerful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home. With 8 adults and 3 children, we had plenty of room to spread out, relax, watch movies, play games, and even to enjoy evening cocktails on the roof top patio. The kitchen was wonderful with everything needed for our big group...everything was 1st class. The neighborhood with shops and restaurants was a great area, easy to walk and enjoyable to take out the bikes for a ride along the bay. Try the ferry ride across the bay to Gas Lamp restraunts .... great food. Watch for dolphins! Again, the house was perfect, Amanda was very easy to work with and made our planning and stay very easy and enjoyable. We all highly recommend that stay here and plan your next vacation on Corandado.

Coronado Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Coronado condo! We specifically picked this rental for its location, and were pleasantly surprised at the luxury of the accommodations. Furnishings, decor, cleanliness, and supplies (including bikes, beach chairs, kitchen ware and linens, etc.) were above par for a rental property. I'm very thankful to Amanda for her care of the unit and her accessibility throughout the rental process. In addition to being able to walk to family on the island, we were, conveniently, steps from Boney's market, Tartine's (for lattes and pastries!), Village Pizza and ice cream at the ferry landing, and Albertson's grocery for necessities. So much more to enjoy on the island, and downtown San Diego--we hope to be back soon!

Fantastic luxury home in the perfect location

From start to finish, our experience with this property was superb. The owner communicated with us before, during and after our stay about the amenities, access and other important information. The townhouse itself is well designed for families and gatherings. We were there with our four children and they loved the layout, all of the kid-friendly amenities and the easy access to the beach, parks, restaurants and ferry landing. Our typical day was as follows - wake up, walk across the street for fantastic coffee and pastries, go for a run on the trails along the water, make breakfast, take the ferry for activities / play at the beach / play at the park, take a break for lunch at home, head back out in the afternoon for activities, spend the evening dinner at one of the many fantastic restaurants within a stone's throw, finished with wine on the terrace in the evening. The house was also perfect for small gatherings as we had several friends over for brunch and a work event on the terrace one evening. If you want a beautiful home that gives you quick access to the City and everything in Coronado, look no further!

Beautiful vacation rental in ideal location

Our party of 7 adults (ages 46-74) just returned from a 3 night stay on Coronado Island. This home is stunningly beautiful, in a very desirable location, walking distance to the pier, shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out a few items that we had some problems with. Handicapped accessible? NOT! It is not advertised to be, but high ceilings and 3 different levels made the stair climbing a bit difficult for some of us. My husband and I stayed in the lower bedroom suite, the most accessible from the street but still with stairs to reach it. The furniture is just as pictured - plenty of seating, but none that we found comfortable. Sofas, padded chairs were very low, kitchen bar stools very high, and dining room wicker chairs not padded for comfort. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, with different storage in each one. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with a variety of items. The only thing missing was a box of tissues! We didn't have a car, so didn't use the garage space. Location is very walkable, and we used UBER as needed. There's also a FREE SUMMER SHUTTLE - PUBLIC BUS SYSTEM - that takes you anywhere on the island. We used the ferry to the mainland several times. $8 per ride/pp. Some limited outdoor spaces can be found on different levels, but the roof top deck area is a bit tough to access. For guests with no mobility issues, I highly recommend this rental home.

Very beautiful and convenient

We stayed here for a conference happening at the Coronado Marriott. This is an incredibly convenient location, sweet little neighborhood and amazing walking with views. It can be a little noisy on weekends as it is near bars and restaurants. The beds were all comfortable. The WiFi was really bad, so make sure you have a source for internet, like a HotSpot on your phone. The TV's were very hard to use. There are some weird building/renovation things going on...a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen, an electrical plug right near the kitchen sink and very few screens on the windows. Other than that, a really great place to stay. Beautiful and convenient.
