We took a quiet, aging building and rebuilt it piece by piece—upgrading the infrastructure, restoring the rooms, and shaping each space with intention. Rather than creating a uniform hotel, we focused on making rooms that feel personal, calm, and thoughtfully designed.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s practical, central, and grounded in real Charleston life. It’s close to downtown, beaches, and major routes, but removed from the congestion and noise that can make a stay feel rushed or impersonal.
