Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience at this location. Very easy and safe parking, plenty of room to load and unload. The condo was just as described and very clean. Thankfully they have two elevators which were never busy and even though it is between two large properties, it was very quiet. Loved the additional Mother in Law suite with its own balcony. Extremely nice maintenance workers, always smiling and chatting. And the beach chair/umbrella guys were great! Highly recommend and will stay again.

Great unobstructed ocean view. Pool was clean. Only issue we had was with the various tv and ceiling fan remotes. I did have to buy trash bags for the kitchen and a sponge scrubber for the kitchen.

This condo was perfect for our family and had an awesome view of the sunset. Two master suites and two other bedrooms, which worked well because we had two couples and two singles in our party. No standing in a line to check in. We had door codes and were able to go straight to our room. This condo is also super close to Walmart. It even has a full size washer and dryer. We struggled with communication when I first booked because ECDI did not respond to messages on VRBO, but once we got an email thread going it was smooth. Once we got there they texted back and forth with us. We had issues with the balcony door and they sent maintenance right over. They had to have the door company come the next day and fix it. Unfortunately it messed up again a couple hours later. I let them know and they said they would notify maintenance, but we never saw them, and they did not respond to any more texts. The only negative besides that was that the middle bathroom needs a shower liner on the inside of the curtain. The curtain was a little moldy along the bottom. Otherwise, everything else was great and we would definitely book this property again.

Awesome Experience

We had a wonderful time and a very pleasant stay. The property is located in a great place, right on the beach with access to everything nearby. The host was great, got instant response for any queries. Property is well equipped and very clean. We had an awesome time.

Visit to see the family

Very clean spacious condo. The bedrooms are quite large, two masters with very nice attached bathrooms. The other two bedrooms good sized with their shared bath very nice as well.

Family vacation

this was our first family vacation with 5 adults and 3 children. The unit was clean and beds comfortable. The beach and pool were close, especially carrying the beach chairs and beach toys.

Adult family vacation

We had an all adult family vacation and found the property to be very nice. Even though one of the rooms was full size, bunk room, and single size but we made it work. We had a couple of issues we had to call on and the response was fantastic. I do recommend this property for vacation.

The condo was lovely and just as described/pictured. The location can't be beat. Best view on balcony of ocean and sunsets and close to restaurants and activities. Comfortable beds and lots of room. Questions were answered promptly. 5 stars, we would definitely stay here again!!!

Beware of the parking/parking garage! We had our windshield busted out in 2 spots due to prople throwing stuff off balconies. I received no help from anyone and left unresolved and had to spend a day getting windshield replaced. I got no assistance, no reimbursement! No accountability! I asked for the check-in to be sent twice and did bot receive in spam/primary box but I got the invoice so I know its the right email address. Also, couldn't connect to wifi. I had to get another room to give me the 1st part and I used room for the end. So we figured that out on our own. We vacation every year but will not be using Emerald Coast again!

family fall break

We had an amazing time. The room was everything it could’ve been. It was perfect space for our group. The only thing I thought the couch was a couch bed and it is not, but we were fine without it. It was a wonderful condo and the balcony was perfect

Great condo

Condo was as described. Good location, clean and very spacious. There were a couple of issues when we arrived but they were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend staying here but make sure you’re aware of the 4% fee the rental company adds when paying the final payment with a credit card.

Winter break

Thanksgiving on the beach was great. This property is just what we needed and every thing as advertised. I agree with a previois post that it might be time for a new couch and love seat. But lots of room and right on the beach!
