Thank you for your review and for recommending our property to future guests! We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our responsiveness. However, we would like to clarify that we were not made aware of any concerns regarding the shower curtains or bathroom mats during your stay. We have a fully staffed office and dedicated maintenance team available to promptly address any issues, concerns, or requests that may arise during our guests’ stays. Had these matters been brought to our attention, we would have been happy to address them. We always encourage guests to communicate any concerns while they are staying with us so we have the opportunity to resolve them and ensure a comfortable experience. Thank you again for staying with us!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the great location, reliable Wi-Fi, and well-stocked kitchen, as well as the friendly atmosphere of our smaller complex. We appreciate your suggestion about adding a small toaster oven—we’ll be sure to consider it for future upgrades. It’s wonderful to hear you had a pleasant experience and connected with other travelers. We hope to welcome you back again soon.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and loved the apartment’s location and amenities. We're truly sorry about the pool being unavailable for several days — we understand how disappointing that must have been. The issue has since been fully resolved so future guests can enjoy it throughout their stay. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience next time!

Thank you for your feedback. In the future, please inform us of any issues you encounter during your stay rather than after your departure. We have a dedicated maintenance team available, and a simple adjustment to the water heater could have resolved the problem.

Please pardon the sargassum while Mother Nature restores our beaches. Sargassum (Seaweed) is a naturally occurring event along coastal areas. It is a floating ecosystem. Seaweed comes and goes and we have no control over that. It is difficult to indicate how long seaweed will last and/or come and go.. It depends on ocean currents and wind patterns linked to climate change. The Caribbean islands most affected by sargassum seaweed in the past include Barbados, Tobago, Guadeloupe, Dominican Republic and Martinique. However, it's important to note that even on islands affected by an influx of sargassum algae there are often beaches that are totally clear on the same island.

Thank you for your review; however, 3 star assessment for a property you did not stay in does is not accurate. Pool had a leak and had to be closed for repairs so we decided to relocate you to a different property. Again, 3 stars not accurate since you did not stay in the unit.
