Enjoyed our stay

Home is clean and cozy and offered all that we needed for the week. We enjoyed the outdoor pool as well as the fire pit to warm up at night since it was a bit cold. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We all enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

We had a great time during our stay. Kids loved the pool in the backyard. We weren't far from the beaches, which was a must for us. We had 1 small issue and the host got back to us immediately and solved our issue. We would highly recommend this place!

Visiting Pinellas Park area.

This was a very cute and cozy space. We enjoyed relaxing out back by the pool and found the space to be very comfortable. The host was courteous and very prompt to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This was perfect for our small family to explore an area of the country that we had not previously visited. We packed and went to a different beach each day in the morning and came home for lunch. Our little ones loved splashing in the pool in the afternoons, and we were able to have focused time with them discussing water safety without having to worry about other folks.

Perfect vacation

We rent the house for 16 days and everything was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the house and it had everything you need for a great time. The host Kayla answered all my question very fast. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. We also realy enjoyed the surrounding area and downtown st pete the night life was crazy.

The house was in a bad neighborhood. The pool had stuff in it where it looked like someone mowed the lawn. House looked bigger in photos.

Cute spot

The place was clean and super cute. I do wish there would have been more items in the kitchen for us to use. There were some basic necessities that were not there. Also, the description did not truly explain that the other bed and bathroom is not inside the house. Overall very clean and cute place for us friends to hang out.

Clearwater

I thought there was 3 bedrooms which was incorrect. The third bedroom was a small pool house with a very tiny couch which converted to a very small twin bed. My 6'6" son could not fit so he slept on the couch in the living room. I did not realize this until after the cancellation period so it was totally my fault. Cudos to Kayla! She was very helpful after we left. She helped us recover a lost wallet.

Good but small

Our stay was okay. The inside was nice but the place is a lot smaller than the pics made them look. The outside was not well kept. The lawn was super long and looked run down. The neighbors were a little sketchy looking. The AC in the pool house or “third bedroom” did not work so we could not have anyone stay in there. I would def not list this place as a three bedroom and two bath. It truly is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath place. The location was good though.

Sorry to hear. The AC unit in the pool house is controlled from the buttons on the outlet, we encourage our guests to reach out with any questions/issues to avoid situations like this. The description does clearly states the pool house is detached and second shower is outdoors. Better luck with your future reservations. Thank you for your review!

Decent experience, but pictures overstate

This house was a good home base for visiting family, was fairly clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. However, the pictures give a higher end impression that doesn't really match the feel of the house in person. It was obviously a cheap cosmetic reno, and the quality shows in buckling LVP floors, rusty screw heads coming through bathroom drywall, and poor exterior maintenance. The pool is also TINY, which isn't the end of the world but again didn't come through in the pictures

Extremely disappointed

Listing this property as a 3 bedroom 2 bath is an egregious misrepresentation. Bedrooms are accessible from the main house. My calls/voicemails were never returned. Poor hospitality to put it nicely. Worst experience I’ve had with vrbo to date. Run your business with integrity. Not even sure who the actual host is?? Different name at the house then provided on the listing.
Overnattede 3 nætter i juni 2024
Svar fra VrboOwner den 15. jul. 2024
We’re sorry to hear your dissatisfaction. The description of the property states, more than once, that the pool house is detached and has separate sleeping arrangements. We have no record of any calls/voicemails and no outstanding messages without replies. There is only one host for this property and the name is the same on the house rules as it appears within the app. Better luck with your future reservations!
