SEASIDE VILLA MAJESTIC perfect location at wide canal a few minutes to the river

Welcome to our beautiful and modern Seaside Villa Majestic, which was built in 2012 and completely renovated in 2019. Thereby not only all floors were renewed but also the kitchen was replaced. In 2023 the Seaside Villa Majestic was repainted inside and out. The villa has a perfect location in the Rosegarden area overlooking a wide canal. In just a few minutes you can reach the open river by boat. From the pool area the great location is further enhanced by the large heated infinity pool. The sunsets can be admired especially well from the heated whirlpool.

Those who don't feel like cooling down can enjoy the spacious pool area with family and friends. Either with a sociable barbecue evening at the outdoor kitchen with gas grill or with a relaxed game of billiards at the outdoor billiard table.

Also indoors the modern Seaside Villa Majestic leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen has a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser as well as an air-conditioned wine cabinet. For coffee connoisseurs, a normal filter coffee machine and additionally a high-quality portafilter machine is available.

The open and modern living area is equipped with two dining areas, a comfortable leather suite and a Smart TV. Separate from the living area is still an office. Wifi is available throughout the house.

From the master bedroom, which is furnished with a king size bed and a TV, you have direct access to the pool area and your own master bathroom. The master bathroom has two vanities, a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a toilet.

The first guest room is also equipped with a TV, offers direct access to the pool area and has a queen size bed. The directly adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and a sink.

The second guest room is equipped with two single beds. The corresponding private bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a sink.

For leisure activities there are four bicycles and a table tennis table in the garage. The garage itself cannot be used for storing vehicles.

For exploring the canals and diving into the mangroves, two kayaks are still available free of charge.
