Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious and cozy with lots of light in this corner duplex. Within walking distance from a variety of eateries and public transportation. Eateries include Mexican, Middle Eastern, Vegan, or American. One block away from the Brown train line. This unit has two full levels of space and comfort to ensure you will feel like at home. First level is hard wood flooring with a completely stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1-Full and 2nd- 2 twin beds); walk-in closets, full bathroom and living room; Second level is carpeted 1-bedroom (Queen); full bathroom, Family room with television, and washer/dryer. You will have access to an outside courtyard located in the rear of the property, enclosed and complete outdoor furniture for your morning coffee. We strive to make your experience a "home-away- from-home" one.

The layout of the place is lovely. Very clean. The parking is pretty challenging, but if you aren’t driving that shouldn’t be an issue - train station is very close by. Good food choices within walking distance. A couple of hiccups here and there, but overall, a good space for the money.

This was a great place for our family to gather and enjoy time together. Very convenient to North Park University and nearby restaurants. Our host was responsive and helpful. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Fantastic location that’s close to the Brown line train. It’s walking distance to a diverse restaurants. The place is very spacious with comfortable beds. Very clean and located in safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive to our questions.

This is a really nice space! Very roomy with a very comfortable family room to watch movies together. Great location with the “L” just around the corner. Building was quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay! The place was a good size for our group (4 adults, 2 kids) and well-kept. The neighborhood was cute and had so much to offer - from a variety of restaurants to great access to the L. And Betty was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you again, Betty!

Group family stay

Albany Park is a great Chicago neighbourhood and the property is close to the Kedzie station on the brown line, which of course is very convenient.

Beautiful and roomy. It's close to attractions and highways. Lots of great local businesses within walking distance Street parking can be a challenge at night, but that is not something the owner can control.

Roomy apartment located conveniently close to a Brown line CTA stop. Betty is super friendly and nice. The apartment was great. We weren’t expecting the room with queen bed to be in the basement and the other rooms to be upstairs, but it worked out. There were some spider and bugs in the basement, but any older building had those. Honestly, the apartment was comfy and a great deal for the price.

Spacious

Large apartment, close to Kedzie Station on the Brown line. The host was easily reachable and very responsive. Check in and check out were very easy and straight forward.

The property was great for our weekend stay, although we were surprised to find there was no bath soap in any bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a TV upstairs, since we had our elderly mother with us who couldn’t go down the stairs to the family room. The love seat basically faced a bare wall.The location was good for our needs and everything was clean. Some decor would be more welcoming, since there was nothing on any walls. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Overall, this was a lovely place and very conveniently located. It has a lot of space and the neighborhood is quiet. However, the heat is not even in the unit. If you have it at a comfortable temp upstairs, the basement is quite chilly.It was clean, but we had an issue with roaches in the kitchen, specifically the dishwasher. We understood that this is very common in the city. Betty responded immediately and also offered a refund of 1 day. We did not want to breathe in the fumes (odorless or not) or risk having them driven out into the other living areas since we were able to minimize the issue by not leaving food out & not using the dishwasher. So, we asked her to hold off on the treatment until we left. No refund was issued.Also, we followed her directions for the parking permit she left us but still got a ticket. She did reimburse us for that. Just know that there is no dedicated parking for this unit.

1 block from the train and many great restaurants

This is a 3 bedroom apartment with a nice sized kitchen, large hangout/couch area, and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the apartment clean. The neighborhood is one block from a train stop and also 1 block from many great restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe. There were a lot of people out walking their dogs, it was well lit, and the apartment has locked entry.the ONLY thing that didn't match up to the listing is that the apartment doesn't have a hot tub. It has a jetted single person jacuzzi bathtub.I had a few times when I spoke to the owner about my specific needs. They were quick to respond and were accommodating.We would love to stay again when we are on Chicago.

My family of 4 absolutely LOVED our stay here! There was plenty of room, the beds were comfy, and in the cutest neighborhood. There’s a small living area upstairs, but a nice family room with a tv downstairs. Perfect for a movie at the end of a long day of exploring! The duplex is located about 4 minutes from the Brown Line- so it was easy to get into town, taking anywhere from 30-45 min depending on where you want to go. The owner was easy to work with and answered all my questions! A couple of things to note- there are no chest of drawers to unpack so if you have a long stay, it’s hard to live out of a suitcase. There’s also no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, which was odd because that’s usually something you don’t have to think about. Upstairs is quite a bit warmer than downstairs, so if you’re warm natured, you may want to take the bedroom downstairs. The house itself was clean, comfy, and if/when we come back to Chicago- we’d love to stay there again!

Good access to the school campus

Good property, some minor issues that the PM quickly responded about. Cleanliness was decent. The location got three stars due to Chicago has turned into a dumpster fire. I’m going to be completely honest to anyone who may visit Chicago, the area we stay used to be pretty good, and just eight months it has gotten noticeably unsafe. There were three attempted pickpockets, I had to step in and intervene when a person of questionable character attempted to grab a woman right in front of us, visible needles on the streets, and in the buses and trains, people urinating a defecating wherever they want to. Protests blocking traffic to the airports, protest blocking the streets. It again has absolutely nothing to do with the property itself however, location- be extremely vigilant. if and when we visit that location again, we we would definitely stay again
