The Space

When you pull in, the driveway will fit 2 large cars, there is ample street parking for more cars.

~ Main level (2 Bed, 2.5 Bath, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry)

~ Living Room

When you enter the house, you are met with a LED Athens accent wall perfect for group pictures, the living room features seating for 8 on modern Black Leather couches and accent chairs. There is also a huge 75" Roku TV to stream on your favorite Apps and watch the game.

~ Kitchen & Dining

- The kitchen includes new appliances, granite countertops and fully equipped, with every item of cookware, silverware, Keurig coffee station and much more
- Spacious Dining includes dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools ~ enough seating for 10 people

~ Master Bedroom
Master is on the main level with a King bed, large walk in closet, full ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and a 50" Smart TV

~ Downstairs Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is also downstairs and comes with a full dresser, closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The Laundry room is right outside of the 2 bedrooms.

The first bedroom upstairs has a full King bed, Full over Full bunk bed, full ensuite bathroom and a large walk in closet.

The private back yard has a full 6ft privacy fence lined with string lights that automatically come on at night, down the side of the yard is a outdoor Slick Woody's cornhole set, right off of the patio is a 40" x 26" (that's huge) park style charcoal grill right next to the outdoor fire pit. Perfect for the pregame or just to relax outside.
