I wouldn’t recommend this property. The electrical setup is a mess; the power shuts off constantly, and I was told not to use the electricity too much. I couldn't even use the washing machine, yet I still got a 400 extra charge. Also, the lift is rarely working. Even though they said it would only be down for a few hours a day, it was off most of the time, so expect to carry your luggage up 3 levels of stairs.

Thank you for your review. While we respect guest feedback, several points require formal clarification.
The unit’s electrical system is clearly communicated prior to booking. It provides a maximum of 25 amps running in parallel at any given time, which is standard for residential setups in Lebanon. Your usage exceeded 32 amps, significantly beyond the permitted capacity and not consistent with normal use. This overconsumption directly caused the interruptions you experienced and justifies the additional charges applied. For context, your electricity usage prior to this level of consumption was below 300.
Regarding the elevator, the downtime schedule was communicated in advance and adhered to as stated. There was no deviation from the agreed timing.
Despite accommodating your same-day reservation and extending all reasonable efforts to support your stay, you vacated the unit without notice and granted access to an unauthorized third party. This is a direct violation of property policies.
Additionally, the unit was left in an unacceptable condition, and personal belongings were left behind, requiring the property manager to return and arrange retrieval.
These matters are formally recorded as violations of the agreed terms.
