We appreciate your feedback regarding the booking process. The rental agreement is sent shortly after booking and is required for all reservations. In this case, we had to send reminders because the agreement had not been completed after it was initially sent. Our goal is to ensure all required documentation is completed before arrival so that check-in goes as smoothly as possible. We also apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the streaming services and will review our instructions to make the process easier for future guests. We love all of our guests and especially repeat ones. We can't thank you enough for trusting us to host your mountain getaway. Did you know that repeat guests get a discount? Alpine Village Condos are perfect to leave your car parked and walk to all the good restaurants, shops and activities. We look forward to seeing you again in 2 months..lol
