The large entryway is separate from the main living area and features an office space with abundant natural light. It`s a quiet and inspiring space to get some work done. Open the second door to a bright living area. This open floorplan brings everyone together for enjoying meals or watching the large, wall-mounted TV above the relaxing electric fireplace.

Remodeled Kitchen:
The heart of this home is the beautifully remodeled kitchen, designed to inspire your inner chef. Equipped with modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample working space, it offers both functionality and style. This stylish home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, providing ample room for relaxation and privacy. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and features a luxurious ensuite bathroom. There are an additional 2 bedrooms on the main floor - one is set up with a crib and kids` bed. The other has a queen bed. These bedrooms share another full bathroom. Downstairs features an additional king bedroom, private full bath, and separate living space with a walkout onto a deck.

Step outside on this large property and discover the expansive backyard, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxing. Cookout on the gas grill and enjoy a meal on the screened porch. Nestled just inside the Pisgah National Forest, this home enjoys a prime location surrounded by mature trees and tranquil surroundings. Immerse yourself in a quiet, natural neighborhood while still being close to all the amenities and attractions that the area has to offer. It`s an ideal launching point for all types of recreation.

IMPORTANT
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection:
1) a small, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option)
2) a fully refundable Security Deposit that is returned after your stay if no damage is reported.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.
We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.

LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.

GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.

NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.

NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.

GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm arising from their use of the property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such events. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.

CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
