Over all very Good, The AC seams to auto off in the night, building water pipes make odd and fairly loud sounds. Low quality glasses/ dish’s. The check In is not simple….

Check in was a nightmare, because the previous guests jammed the lockbox. Since check-in was 4:00 on Saturday, it took 24 hrs for us to obtain keys to the apartment. I would recommend that the host have procedures in place for such a situation, but beyond this the stay was pleasant.

Marbella Lane is a nicely maintained and easily accessible property with great views and amenities. The check-in process was easy, the staff was professional and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, quiet and safe property in an apartment building. The frot desk is staffed with friendly private security. Beds were comfortable and wifi was plenty fast. We appreciated the coffee, powdered creamer and sugar meaning we didn't have to go out for our first coffee.The microwave doesn't work regardless of the power setting we used. Something for the host to have repaired/replaced. We used the oven and everything worked great.We have an EV car and there are multiple ChargePoint charging stations in the garage, where you also have a single spot assigned to you during your stay. **If you are driving an EV -- notify the host. You will need to register at the desk in the lobby to turn on your access to charging.** We weren't notified of this option and couldn't find a desk receptionist to have that done for us. Also, the host can't do it for you.The cost of this rental is high due to it's location. Higher than a large Ritz Carlton room, yet worth it if you're attending an event at the Convention Center or nearby which was our case. Lots of food options in walking distance.Overall, no regrets for the convenience.

The property was centrally located….. check in time 4 PM… there is no wiggle room on this. The code to get in the building will not work unless it’s right on 4 PM…. The air condition super thankful there was one- however there’s no return vents in the bedrooms. So I crank that air-conditioning down to at least 68 at night- slept great …. my only one suggestion.-bring a face mask (if you like it dark). there is no blackout curtains.

We stayed at the Marbella Lane – Apartment and had a great time. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos — perfect for my family. The check-in process was a bit complicated, but once we got inside, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great stay and a comfortable home base for our trip

Great Stay, Amazing View

The property was comfortable, and prefect for our family. There’s a park right across the street, all amenities are close, there’s a delicious pizza spot downstairs, and Great views of The Queen Mary! This place made it to my preferred list for anyone coming to visit Long Beach.

Quick getaway

This place was perfect. Walking distance to The Pike. Stores close by. Beautiful views. Pictures were spot on Would stay here again.

Like home

We stayed for 4 days, we enjoyed the view, the beds were super comfy, they have everything you will need. They have washer and dryer, i realized they had them 2 days after. We will stay there again.its really relaxingbto be there.

Just awesome

Pictures do not do it justice. Place is bright, airy, and spotless. Hot tub was great after long days. 10+ food options within 2 blocks, shopping right down the walk. Views of the Queen Mary, shipping port, and water were a bonus.

The Rental was First Rate. But.........

We all loved the rental. We would stay at it again but will not because of the whole check in process of the Rental Management Co. I had to submit a copy of a Gov ID, a Selfie, a copy of the front of the credit card and a copy of the card showing the last 4 digits. No problem. Seemed reasonable in todays fraud laden society. I received a email in the morning of the check-in asking to resend the picture of the last 4 digits so I sent it. Never head back. Each time I tried to check in online it stated that it was too early to do so. So we were parked on Ocean Drive during rush hour without the ability to check in. Long story short I called them and they said they never received the resent picture. I had to text the another picture and they finally allowed me to check in. The instructions were convoluted, hard to understand with one of the instructions telling us we 2 minutes to enter the building before the elevator would shut off for us. Other issues in regards to the check in like 1 fob that locks the door and allows use of the elevator instead of 2 promised. The next day we had to help a family from Ohio who were stuck at the parking garage gate as they had no access. I help them get in and escort them to the front lobby for help. The attendant is there for the residents and not the rental customers but did what she could to help them. She said this is common with the Management Co and have said they have been told to make their instructions easier.
