Come to Beaufort... sea breezes and sunsets! Beautiful new downstairs suite with private entrance, easy access, one level and no stairs. This listing is for the entire 3-bedroom suite and two bathrooms. Full-size kitchen! A short drive to Historic Beaufort (5 min), Morehead City (10 min) and Atlantic Beach (15 min). Or enjoy walking, biking and relaxing in our quiet, peaceful marina neighborhood. Bikes for you! (see our profile page for individual bedroom listings) Save some $ and book with us!
The space:
Very accessible, this new suite is on one level and doesn't have stairs. A large 1500+ sqft 3-bedroom suite with a private entrance. Book one of our bedrooms (includes a designated hallway bathroom just for you) or book the entire suite if you need a place for the entire family. Common areas shared with other guests are full kitchen, living and dining area, laundry and outdoor deck. We live upstairs and the downstairs suite space is completely separate from ours. The house is located just a few minutes from Historic Beaufort, in a marina community along the ICW and Newport River. Easy drive to Beaufort's waterfront, historic area, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. We have bikes available if you want to ride in our neighborhood, and beach chairs and towels for the beach. Save some $$ and stay with us!

We're Kris and Cynthia! We've always loved Beaufort and the Crystal Coast, and it's now our home. We enjoy boating and are members of America's Boating Club of the Crystal Coast. We love to bike, attend festivals, proudly support our local artists and musicians, and enjoy wine and attending wine events. Cynthia is an artist, and Kris is a singer and a USAF veteran. Our goal is to ensure our guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay in Beaufort!

The property is in a well-established marina neighborhood along the Intracostal Waterway (ICW). Very safe and friendly area, good walking and biking roads. Close to Beaufort downtown and Morehead City.

Just far enough from the hustle-bustle of busy Beaufort. Located in a quiet, lovely marina neighborhood. The hosts live on the property, upstairs. The suite is located downstairs and is completely separated from host's space. There is a private entrance to the suite. All on one level, no stairs! Plenty of parking and also room for a small trailered boat. We also have bikes available for our guests.
