I rated it as terrible because, they canceled our reservation at check in time, had it double booked, after traveling for 10 hours and finally getting inside the house to relax we had to leave, we had it for 4-6-2026 until the 10th the other people had it from 4-6-26 until 12th of April

Location was central to our golf travel without using I-4 by Disney. 15 bedrooms w bathrooms for each was fantastic. Themes & decoration were amazing.

The house was definitely big enough for our crew. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Cute themes. Everything a little worn out. Couch had springs busted. No ping pong balls for the ping pong table. Plenty of dishes/silverware. Two dishwashers and refrigerators and w/d a big plus! Icemakers not working well. Pool smaller than appeared in pictures. 14 ! speed bumps through the neighborhood to get to property. Not all bedroom TVs working. Check-in confusing. I was waiting for check in instructions which did not come until I messaged the host and was told they were waiting for my picture ID. Zero response from host when I reached out about a couple things during our stay.

Family gathering

The house was awesome. Each room had its own bathroom plus 2 extra in the common space upstairs and downstairs. The rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would come here again

We'll be back!

We stayed here for a week with a sports team for attending a championship. Its been a great stay in an amazing house. Also the communication with the host of the property was easy and wonderful all the time. We highly recommend.

Best GROUP TRIP EVER!

If my friends could leave a verified 5 star review, they definitely would too. Lol. Everyone was overly impressed with this beautiful and cool vacation home! Each room had a theme and the shared spaces were also huge. Every bedroom was spacious! If I ever take another big group trip to Orlando… this is the one! We’ll be talking about this VRBO for years to come.

Loved It

The home was beautiful 😍. It accommodated everyone. The 15 bath and two half was just as great as the room. The art work was immaculate. The only problem was the ants and spider, but it didn't stop my family from having a wonderful four nights and days. If you are hot nature, I suggest you take a fan. The nights got really hot. The AC unit is lock 🔐 so you can't control it, but overall it was a beautiful stay.

As noted in the listing and house rules, the thermostat is capped to protect the system in a very large home, and we understand that guests who prefer cooler sleeping temperatures may find fans helpful. We had 16 adults and 3 teenagers so 19 full size people staying here for 1 week. The accommodations were perfect with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washer and dryers (one downstairs near the kitchen and the other upstairs). If you need to make a room assignment before you arrive all bedrooms have their own bathroom, some rooms have shower/tub combos so keep that in mind if you have an elderly adult who can’t step over the tub and maybe bring a shower chair for the rooms with the shower only. 2 of the 5 bedroom's downstairs have a shower only/no tub. 2 flights of steps going up to the second floor with a railing with a small landing between the 2 for a rest break if needed. The 5 bedrooms downstairs are The Wizard of Oz, Titanic, Aladdin, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Rocky. 2 games rooms one downstairs stairs and one upstairs, and then the 10 other themed rooms are upstairs. 2 half baths one downstairs near the kitchen and the other is upstairs. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots and pans. I would recommend bringing a couple of those round pizza pans to use for pizza or anything else you want to cook in the oven that doesn’t have juices or gravy of course because it will spill over. The pool and jacuzzi are nice but there is no railing to get in and out of them so work on your squats before your trip to get your legs ready. Close to restaurants, Walmart is close but we used delivery because that worked even better for us. Close to Disney.

The first day into the house, each room had ants on the floor and beds and in the bathroom and there was two bathrooms toilet seat missing bolts to hold the seat in place and the a/c was not strong enough and the ice maker from the refrigerator was not working properly in one of the refrigerator and the other ice maker had a crack on the side.

We stayed 4 nights with 22 people. The house is large, 15 bedrooms all with bathrooms, each decorated with movie themes. That was great. However the house needs a good cleaning, both inside and outside in pool area. The furniture needs to be replaced. Worn couches, chairs and the carpet needs to be replaced. Very dirty.The outside pool area was dirty and all the patio furniture is in very bad shape. We had several bathrooms when we checked in that didn’t have any towels. (They did bring more after I called!)Overall the house was perfect for a large get together just needs some attention.Could definitely be a 10 star but currently a 3 at the most.
