Important to note: 4th bedroom is an outer room on the ground floor behind the kitchen. Guest are provided with a cap for electricity that ranges depending on length of stay. Minimum of 2-3 nights receives GHc300, 4 - 5 nights receives Ghc500, 1 week plus receives Ghc1,000 worth of electricity. The gym is located in the gated community as community gym.

Truly, a serene and gated community town house

Our overall experience: this was an excellent and beautiful place to stay for a family holiday in Accra. The property manager, Abraham, and the security guys were very helpful. Keep on improving.

Our stay.

To start with thank you to Emmanuel for bringing a big help for whatever problem we had he was there. Upon checking in we were under the impression that this was a 4 bedroom house with a gym attached, but to our surprise the fourth bedroom was outside in the backyard with a separate entrance, and the gym is down the street shared with the rest of the neighborhood. We had a cockroach problem for 2 days on the balcony and backyard, the wifi doesn’t work in any of the rooms, the bedsheets were dirty with stains on them. We also weren’t told that if we do used up all the electricity that we were giving during our stay (1000GHS) that we would have to pay the rest ourselves, which is no problem but it should be said in the details when booking.

Hi Kiara Thanks for stay and feedback First of it is a 4 bedroom as you found it to be. The 4th room is an outer room but still on the same property. I sent over the house rules and information about electricity ahead of your arrival, if you had any concerns you should have brought that to our attention. The gym is a community gym within the estates, it’s not stated anywhere in the description that it’s part of the property. Appreciate that feedback so will make that clear in the description. We have never had any complaints about wifi until now. This should have been brought to our attention during your stay. We provide a wifi extension upstairs for all the rooms. So it’s surprising you said nothing about it just to write this in your review. We strive to make our guest enjoy their time and experience but if you don’t tell us of any issue, how can we address them. Regarding the sheets, that’s a surprise and again would have appreciated your feedback so we can make sure you had new clean sheets. The house was fumigated on the outside following a lot of rain, hence the roaches outside and not inside the house. This was done 2 weeks ahead of your arrival. Sincere apologies as we thought it should have cleared up before your stay. Overall, we appreciate your feedback but then again it’s unfair not to raise any concerns you had with me as the host and just write about them in a review. All this could have been addressed or discussed for an amicable solution.
