Spacious Loft in walking distance to coffee shops and great dining options.

Come stay at our stylish downtown loft! It's perfect for families, a group getaway, executives, or a couples escape. There are no quiet hours, our loft is above a bar and event space, but the noise is almost always gone by midnight, we provide earplugs by the beds. The only access is stairs, so you get to skip the stair master for the time you are here! 😃 The property is 2,400 square feet, so plenty of space. AND It's right in the middle of some of our greatest locally-owned restaurants, nightlife, boutique shopping, and coffee shops in Joplin. The new Arts and Entertainment Complex is just a few blocks away, also.

There are 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 separate comfy living rooms, a billiard room, and a laundry room in the unit. The kitchen has all you will need!

This place was so clean even the sheets smelled good. Very fun place to stay. I’d stay again if I ever come back to Missouri.

It was such a great space in a great location. It was clean, essentials were provided, and it was decorated so cute! Tiffany was so quick to respond with any questions we had.

Property was large and accommodating. Host was very responsive to needs. Nice to have a restaurant down below. No noise restrictions and billiards room made an ideal hosting space. Beds were comfortable.

Great Loft ! Very spacious, comfortable living area with plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are large, well furnished with comfortable beds, night stands with plug ins for charging electronics, and bedside lightning . The loft was clean and well supplied with paper products, linens and such. Our use of the kitchen was limited but it appeared to have the necessary utensils. We had a few questions at check in but the host was quick to respond. As mentioned it is on the second floor and accessible by stairs only so maybe a concern for people with mobility issues. We stayed on a Wednesday night and it was quiet. We had a great stay.

The space was clean and a great size for our family. The bar/restaurant downstairs was great the entire weekend. So friendly and welcoming.

Great VRBO

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting family. The loft is located in an older building and is nicely updated. The decor is super cute! It was easy to find and overnight street parking was not a problem for us. We could hear people around in the building, but we're not easily bothered by noise. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Graduation Celebration

This was our second time to stay at Tiffany's property! As before, it was a great experience! She even left us a personal note and remembered that we were celebrating our son's college graduation. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone who wants a fun place with plenty of space to spread out!

City Life Fun

This is a very fun place to stay for a family who loves an old town vibe! There is so much to do in Joplin and no shortage of places to eat. I highly recommend Hungry Monkey Hawaiian just 2 blocks away!! We played pool, darts, and board games all night a few times during our stay. Also plenty of fun movie nights with the family too!!! Spacious & Comfortable

We stayed in this 3 bedroom, spacious apartment as a family of 7 and had plenty of room! Beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had when staying away from home. Very clean. Will stay again if traveling through Joplin, MO.

Nice but Noisy

The place was beautiful. But what's not told to you is that it's above a bar and event space. So it's very loud. There's no noise canceling insulation or protection anywhere. Had I know this I might not have stayed there with my 78 year old parents. It's definitely not handicapped accessible as the stairs are steep and sketchy. In the front bedroom you hear every step up and down the stairs as well as every door that's slams shut. The shower in the main bathroom does not work. The bed in the front bedroom is broken and the head slops inward and your feet are higher than your head. Great location for party life, shopping and eating. Just kinda loud. lol

Great place

Overnight trip to the area. Just happened to find this little gem in Vrbo. AMAZING!! Decor was fabulous!! Giving off some quirky 70’s and 80’s vibes. Spacious and comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer!

Perfect weekend spot

Great location in the middle of it all. Clean. Spacious. Had everything we needed. Host was easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Fantastic Place!

This loft right in downtown Joplin was amazing! It was huge, nice, clean and totally modern and updated. The communication with the owner was fast and efficient and she was extremely nice. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Joplin!

Comfy and Clean

Joplin Getaway

The loft was lovely. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Two large living areas allowed all of us to spread out after a long day of driving. There is a great restaurant downstairs with delicious food, so we ate in. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, and there was no good area to take our dog for a potty walk that didn’t feel a bit scary. The bar downstairs was a little loud for the front room, but barely registered in the other spaces. Overall, this was a comfortable place to stay.

Overnight in Downtown Joplin

The Loft is an excellent place to stay. Though we only had one night there, we enjoyed our stay. Eateries are in walking distance (one just at the bottom of the staircase). The Loft has a great ambiance of an old town office building turned into a great place to stay. Joplin could use more of these places.
