Clarkson Village came into existence in 1919 when William Clarkson located the area with some money to buy some land. The community enjoyed a quiet existence, never growing very large and serving as an ideal attractant to settlers looking for the kind of lifestyle it offered.

Park your cars at in the driveway and reach Toronto downtown in 20mins via Go Train. This property is located just a short 5 mins walk away from the Clarkson Go Station.

Other details you need to know:

1. We have actively recording cameras overlooking the entrances of the house, which may record audio & video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property. No recording devices are installed inside the house.
2. We allow pets with extra charges. Please be responsible to clean after your fur friends.
3. Smoking can be done outside but if smoking is detected inside, there would be extra charges incurred.
4. If pets are not declared but stayed as part of the reservation, there would be a penalty of $100 + pet fee for not declaring the pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
5. Please check your belongings before checking out. Hosts will not be responsible for keeping guests` belongings after their stay.
HOUSE RULES FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY

• Quiet Hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• No Parties or Events – Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted
• No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – The home must remain smoke- and drug-free
• Additional Guests – Please inform us in advance if you plan to have any overnight guests
