This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood with central location and easy access to the freeway is ideal for your extended stay! You will have all the amenities you need to be comfortable wether you are in beautiful San Diego for a work assignment, enjoying the flexibility of remote work or on a long vacation.
The backyard is roomy and ready for you to hang out and relax.
There is easy access to the I-8 freeway and a 15 minute drive to downtown San Diego and the beach! The neighborhood is safe and quaint, and we as neighbors all look out for one another. The property is equipped with a ring doorbell at the front door to provide you with an extra layer of peace of mind. If you are looking for a great property to stay at, don’t look any further. Great, cute, cozy place close to everything! 25 min to gaslamp quarter, 15min to balboa park and the zoo! 25 min to del mar, we had a great dinner there at culinary dropout. Same with la jolla and cabrillo national monument. Next time we need to plan to drive out to a dark sky zone for stsr gazing.Hosts were great, had minor issues that they took care of promptly and communicated progress.I would definitely stay here again!

Great Rental

We stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter who had a baby! Great location and neighborhood. Place was darling and comfortable. Rana was always available for questions. Hope to stay here again!

San Diego Visit

There is definitely a pride of ownership in this home with all of its amenities and cleanliness. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Interstate 8 as well as businesses along El Cajon Blvd. Staying there made our trip to San Diego very enjoyable and memorable.

Family visit

The home is as advertised. Very clean with comfortable beds and the essentials you may need. It has a nice outdoor space with covered patio and in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking with driveway and garage. Located close to a highway and convenient to shopping. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely return!

Nice home off of hwy 8

Just a few blocks from main hwy. Easy access to San Diego, Temecula the venue of our event. Nice open back yard. Supplied everything we needed for our stay.

Quiet and Relaxing

My family was preparing to move out of state and this was our little vacation before heading out of San Diego. The location is amazing , SO QUIET!! You will definitely get caught up on sleep in this house. The decor is beautiful and the master bed is comfy. The backyard was cozy as well, we enjoyed many a cup of coffee out there. Rana was a wonderful hose and always got back to me asap Would recommend and book again

Well balanced, pleasant and comfortable home. The core essentials were available in the home - not over-the-top, but able to enjoy the property with ease and enjoy our stay. When contacted for various Q&A and assistance during the stay, the home owner responded in a timely and supportive manner, which was very very appreciated.

Great location

I would like to thank the owner of this VRBO for a wonderful experience. First of all, she changed the dates when she didn't have to to accommodate my family stay which I thoroughly appreciated. To. The location was wonderful. It was almost perfect. Looking forward to hopefully using this facility and location again. Highly recommended.

Comic-Con with the Grandsons

We took our 17 and 20 year old grandsons to Comic-Con this year and needed a place to stay. This home was exactly as described. It is a small two bedroom home in a quiet older neighborhood. It is located near the "8" and "94" freeways, and was about 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego. The host, Rana, was great, very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Would love to stay again!

We had 4 adults, a child, and 4 dogs for our stay and all fit comfortably. We had a wonderful time at our Vrbo. First and foremost, because we have 4 dogs between our entire family it was incredibly difficult to find somewhere to stay all together without having to spilt up our family or the dogs, Rana allowed us to bring the extra dogs with just paying an extra dog fee. Rana also adjusted the booking fee for us, so I was able to book at a smaller rate before getting paid, and then pay the difference later. The house and backyard were very clean and was everything we needed. The location was also perfect for us. We would definitely book this Vrbo again when visiting family!

This home is exactly as others had described in other reviews and the pictures are an accurate representation of the property. Each of the bedrooms offer plenty of room, closet space, & natural light. The bed are all comfy and there is space for up to 8 people. The kitchen is large with all the amenities you'll need. Stove & oven are gas and the fridge is spacious. Coffee maker & bean grinder are available. Bathrooms and showers offer plenty of room with good water pressure. Backyard is spacious with a zen-like setting, large covered patio too with lighting that offers a lovely evening place to hang out. Living room had a massive flat screen TV with sufficient seating. The neighborhood is very quiet & serene with easy/ quick access to grocery, gas, and Starbucks. Freeway access is just a couple blocks away too. Would strongly recommend staying at Rana's property and i look forward to staying again.

Bad host

Listing doesn’t indicate cameras but there is cameras on the property. Host added new house rules during my stay and said that I violated them then we agreed when I would depart from property then did not refund my money absolutely horrible experience do not deal with. Host also stated that I broke curtains and needed time to repair but had listing already available to be booked and curtain was verified not to be broken

Hi Shan, there is a ring camera at the front door which is pretty standard at most vacation rentals. You violated VRBO rules by running an unauthorized, unverifiable fulfillment business out of my garage. I partnered with VRBO in an attempt to verify that your business was legitimate but you were unable to provide a business license. You also left the garage door open day and night then taped signs on my front door instructing delivery drivers to put packages in the garage. You also kept moving and parking multiple cars in the neighborhood at all hours of the night. This behavior concerned my neighbors who alerted us. I asked you to stop accepting deliveries at my VRBO to which you refused. At that point, I asked you to leave and did accommodate you by giving you two days to find another place to stay. You did break the curtain on your way out which I had to repair. I had hoped this experience turned out differently. I wish you the best. Rana
