Beautiful family home, spacious living and only minutes from the beach.

House was designed for entertaining family and friends with its large open floor plan, large kitchen, eight burner stove and three ovens. With an ample supply of cooking utensils and place settings for 12 people. also a well stocked spice cabinet. There is outdoor seating and a covered BBQ area. Only 2 minutes from fishing and crabbing, 20 minutes from dune access and only 25 minutes from the Bandon Dunes Gulf Resort. Plenty of paved parking , up to eight cars or two pickups with boat trailers. Has RV hook up and dump with room for 45' bus, also plenty of sloped area for boat wash.
Come enjoy the Oregon Coast and all it has to offer. Cook, entertain visit with family and friends or lock the doors kick the feet up, turn on the 86" smart screen and enjoy the peace and quiet of a dead end street.

Great communication from the host. House was terrific. The house is appointed with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Coos Bay Area.

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable and spacious interior, nice interior decorations, and kitchen "to die for". Beds, pillows, and linens were excellent. The biggest master bath we've ever had. Great location. Property management had everything set up well and we had no hassles at all during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. House is conveniently located near numerous outdoor recreation spots. Everything you could possibly need was available in the house! We would definitely stay here again

This house is absolutely HUGE. And so beautiful. The property owners checked in via text after we arrived to make sure we got settled OK. We only stayed one night, but a highlight of the trip was watching a movie on the giant TV while relaxing on the giant couch! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Oregon Coast location!

We stayed for 4 nights as part of our college tour in OR and CA. Host was easy to communicate with, was proactive reaching out to us on check-in, and offered helpful suggestions to get us going with food options on our Sunday evening arrival.Space was perfectly (extravagantly) stocked - a cook’s dream kitchen. Master bath tub was a treat for sore bones after long driving days. Too many thoughtful amenities to list!Thanks to Jim and Chi!

Beautiful Home!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Jim's place! I don't feel the pictures in the listing show accurately how amazing this house truly is! So much room and plenty of comfy beds. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need to make all your meals. The master bathroom is gorgeous and huge!! Big enough driveway for a boat and all the cars. The location is just a short drive for fishing or to the beaches and restaurants. We will for sure be back to enjoy this house again!

Great stay at jim's place by the bay

Fantastic rental home close to Charleston Harbor. Jim has thought of everything for your total comfort and enjoyment. He was great answering all my questions and close by if you need anything. The home is a great setup for the local ocean and river activities. Great beds, fab master bathroom & a FULLY equipped kitchen for any cooking needs. Parking for your boats and sand toy trailers. We are already booked for the same time next year. This place is how EVERY rental should be done.

Coos Bay Fishing Trip

Great property in a great location, just minutes from Charleston marina. House is newly constructed and fully stocked with everything you need from kitchen pots, pans and utensils to extra tooth brushes in case you forgot yours. Jim is a great host, readily available and very responsive to anything that comes up. We will definitely be coming back again.

Nice home - Great host!

Nicely appointed and very spacious home. Great place for our family get together - half way between Sacramento and Seattle. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The host, Jim, was very quick to respond anytime I had a question. There was even a place for one family member to park and hook-up his 42’ RV. Would highly recommend!

Great for Cooking

I have stayed at several places in the Coos Bay Area now, and this place beats them all. If you don't have to have a bay or ocean view, this is the place to go. It is a beautiful home with an amazing, well-appointed Chef's kitchen. This was our second stay as we like it so much. Jim, the owner, is close by and very responsive.

Escaping the heat in Coos Bay

Was an absolutely beautiful house. The kitchen and master bath were especially amazing. Nice having a yard as well for the kids. Property managers are nearby and very easy to deal with. Zero complaints.

If i have to write everything i like about the house it would turn into a book. Everything from kitchen to bathroom are to quality. Did not expected. By far this is the best house I ever stay in.

Absolutely Stunning Home

This home is incredible and a good location! Great yard and area to cook crab! A womens dream home, pictures do this home no justice its a diamond in the ruff. Very comfortable and inviting, way beyond our expectations. Communication with host was great!
