Our home is perfect for long-term stays, offering all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms that provide a restful night's sleep after a day of work or exploration.

Stay connected with high-speed internet, making it easy to balance work and leisure. After a productive day, unwind on the spacious 18x20 fenced-in patio or take a dip in the heated community salt-water pool.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker, along with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Minimal dish soap, dishwasher pods, and paper towels are provided to start your visit. Tenants responsible for bringing linens.

High-Speed Internet: Reliable Wi-Fi connection suitable for remote work and streaming, even strong enough to reach the pool.

Washer and Dryer: Convenient laundry facilities just across the back courtyard, accessible 24 hours. Machines can be paid through credit card or app.

Private Patio: Offers a spacious area for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Air Conditioning: Central air conditioning to ensure comfort during warmer months.

Parking: Designated carport spot and additional parking for an extra car or visitors.

Smart TV: Enjoy your favorite shows and movies with streaming services.

Beach Access: Only a 3-4 minute walk via crosswalk and newly updated path. The unit is equipped with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella.

Outdoor Grill: Available for use, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dining.

$150 application required by HOA, we will reimburse you $100 of the fee.
