Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you were impressed with the condo and the management company. It's our goal to provide a clean and convenient living experience for all our guests, and we're glad we were able to meet your expectations. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is wonderful to hear you thought the rental and location were amazing. We are sorry for the issue about the pool. Health concerns are taken very seriously and preventing risk to others is paramount. Due to security and liability reasons, we are unable to grant access to other resort pools. We apologize for the inconvenience but guest safety is our top priority. We are glad you still had a wonderful time. Come back and see us soon.

Thank you for providing us feedback on your recent stay with us. We are very sorry you had some issues during your check-in process and needed further clarification on the rental. We do our best to communicate with the guests on where to go and what to do. Unfortunately, the pool key does have to be signed out as there is a fee associated with the key. After some research it appears our after hours line wrote your phone number down incorrectly so our representative was not able to speak with you. However, it appears one of our valued employees came out personally to deliver the key and followed up with you after this stay. We are thrilled we were able to turn the stay around and you had a great vacation. We hope you will come back and see us very soon!

Thank you! We're delighted you enjoyed the pool and view. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We appreciate the 4-Star Review. The property is in a great location, short distance to the beach and local restaurants in walking distance. You cannot do better. We are sorry for the dryer issues. We pride ourselves in our 100% performance guarantee through prompt and reliable service. We encourage all of our guests to inform us immediately of any issues or missing items so we may take care of them quickly. We have forwarded your review to the property manager so we can fix or replace the dryer. We are glad this did not deter you from having a wonderful stay. We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach soon.

Thank you for your review. We agree Beach Resort is a great location and offers some of the best amenities in this area. Unfortunately, we are not infallible. In an effort to address your concerns and improve your experience, there was a miscommunication with our cleaning crew. We have put new procedures in place to mitigate this from happening in the future. We appreciate your feedback, and hope you’ll give us another opportunity to earn your loyalty.
