Great property and so convenient to Franconia notch, Lost River, and walkable to North Woodstock with dining and river access. If it rains you cannot complain as every board game and many video games are in the closet.

Enjoyed our four day stay over the Fourth of July weekend. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of room for nine of us. Great backyard to play with the kids. Didn’t turn on the TV once. Location was perfect plenty to do in the area. Host Marylyn, was terrific. had a couple of questions and she got back to us right away.

Sandra was such a pleasant guest to have stay at our vacation condo. I would welcome she & her family back. They certainly enjoyed the corn hole, ladder golf, bocce and badminton with their kids . Making great memories together is what life is all about!

It has been a pleasure to communicate with this guest. Her stay with family was for a Thanksgiving trip. They were pleased with the equipment in the kitchen. Being a cook, I try to anticipate what our guests might need for special occasions such as Thanksgiving. The covered turkey roasting pan was much appreciated by these guests. I also felt that a nice table cloth was needed. However, it is not possible to find a table cloth for a 60" square table. So, I had one made by using two table clothes. I hope they enjoyed it. Our staff informed me that they left our unit in very good condition. I would welcome these guests back anytime they choose!

We have stayed in multiple units here over the years and I have to say this was the cleanest and well appointed place we have stayed at. Everything you need is there, very close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend. Owner was very friendly and very responsive to emails. We will be back!!

Awesome Place!

We were two family with younger kids, great place! Close to the mountain and Woodstock in, pool pass was great and overall just a great experience. Host was easy to communicate with and left perfect instructions/information.

Couldn't Be Happier

We loved staying here. It was not only just as advertised, but also much better than the pictures led us to believe. Will absolutely be staying here again on future ski and hiking trips.

in speaking with Justin, I found that he was a very pleasant young man. My husband and I followed his stay for a maintenance trip to the condo. Justin and his friends left the condo cleaner than about any guests that have ever stayed. It was a welcomed surprise as other male guests have left the condo in very poor condition. I would welcome Justin and his friends back anytime!!

Family Vacation!

This was a great space for my family with three small kids and some additional relatives to come stay with us. There was plenty of space, parking was close, the kids loved the pool, and the place was clean. This was our second time staying in Alpine Village and we loved it both times!

The condo was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our stay but feel the temperature in the house was overall cold with only one electric unit to heat the downstairs, the kitchen felt cold but it could’ve been because it was extremely cold during the weekend! The owner was very nice and she even had the cleaners leave us hot chocolate, which was a very nice touch!

Nancy, All bedroom & bathrooms have thermostats with electric baseboard heat. Nancy called me to say the electric thermostats weren't working in the bedrooms. The problem was she had not set the temperature above the existing room temperature. Once she had done that, they were warm. Having a remote access thermostat for the gas heater on the first floor I could see that during her stay Nancy set it to 70 degrees down from the 72 degrees that I'd set to warm the unit for their arrival. Nancy was free to set it to a higher temp but never did. was -6 during her stay but I've never had any complaints about heat in the unit not matter the outside temp.

The place is great!

The place is ideally situated, less than a mile to the river and the flume is 15 mins drive. The ammenities are awesome for kids, biking inside the village and the outdoor and indoor pools, arcade, billard and ping pong although located in another place still good to have when you are vacationing with kids.

Victor, I was glad to hear that your and your children enjoyed the condo and the area so much. I have seven grand children and they all love being at the condo. The area offers so much for them to do and see. Cascade Park on main street and Clark's Trading Post have always been favorites. Now that Loon has a kids park with all kinds of activities, it has become a new favorite. The common area behind the condo has been great for lawn games as well. We hope to hear from you again. Fun holiday weekend

Great place to spend the holiday weekend with friends. We walked downtown to visit the great shops and Woodstock Inn Brewery, and the kids enjoyed a couple swims at Nordic Inn. There was plenty of room for three small families, the kitchen was well-stocked and Marilyn was very professional and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice condo 5 minutes from Loon Mt

The owner was very helpful and made out trip enjoyable despite the record breaking cold weather. Check in was a breeze. They even have cable TV which I rarely see in rentals now a days.
