The house has 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, an open living room and access to private backyard patio. The house is fully equipped with a modern stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, washer and dryer.

Please feel free to make use of the common areas, including the patio backyard and laundry room. Note that I also have another rental listing located in the property, and both units have their own private entrances.
