stunning beach home

We can not say enough about how wonderful the home was and the views and beach were stunning. Emma, the concierge, was so helpful it setting up wonderful activities and dinner and the property manager was always quick to help. We had two families with 6 kids on Spring Break. Thank you so much for a dream week!

The Villa Helios is an awesome beach house on a very nice beach and the service team was very helpful and friendly and we highly recommend this beach house!!

Fantastic Experience

If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay with a group of friends in Turks and Caicos, this is the place for you! The pool area with oceanfront views and an outdoor barbecue area was excellent. Additionally, there's a spacious kitchen and a dining table for group meals. We had a chef who prepared delicious dishes; we opted for breakfasts and some lunches. It was very enjoyable to have a chef. Thank you, Long Bay Beach Club! But the best part of this place was the host, who truly elevated our vacation to the next level. They took care of everything: need food and drinks for your stay? Done! Need a great deal on airport transportation? Done! Need a tour to visit Long Bay Beach? Done! Need to know the best restaurants in the area? Done! They are your concierge. Everything you need for a vacation, this place has got you covered. They are the experts who take care of you and your group so you can enjoy your stay. Thank you very much! My entire group agrees that it has been one of the best vacation experiences ever. And now we all have a new, super travel experience. These were definitely the best vacations.

Simply Incredible

Our stay at the Long Bay Beach Club's Helios Villa was simply spectacular! As frequent visitors to Turks and Caicos, we decided to try something different this time by renting a beachfront property with concierge service, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we landed at the airport, the concierge service went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. We were whisked through VIP airport procedures, skipping the long lines, and transported seamlessly to the villa. The added gourmet chef service was a highlight, with each meal being a culinary delight. The villa was perfectly clean, stocked with high-quality towels, premium shampoo, and every amenity we could imagine. The inclusion of housekeeping in the price was a welcome bonus, setting this stay apart from our previous experiences. The direct access to the private beach was simply incredible, with a beautiful beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks at our disposal. The powdery white beach felt like paradise, and it was a safe haven for ocean sports like kite surfing and jet skiing, all expertly arranged by our attentive concierge. The villa's location was perfect, offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views and a refreshing coastal breeze. The spacious and tastefully decorated house had everything we needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. It has been our best experience in a beachfront villa in Turks, and we will definitely repeat it again.

Fabulous spring break with the kiddos!

We were two families with three kids (ages 4-7) between us and this house couldn’t have been better! The pictures are exactly as the house is in person - it’s sleek, clean, and truly right on the beach. We spent lots of time over on the Grace Bay side eating meals, but we were so thrilled to have our own basically private beach to come back to each day. The pool was in use about 7 hours a day with our kiddos, and all the rooms were comfortable - with a good little den with a TV on the bottom level for the kids to relax after all that swimming. Emma, our concierge, was super responsive and helpful. Our stay really exceeded expectations!

Beautiful property with wonderful location

We stayed at the home for an extended spring break. We had age 8-80 and we all enjoyed the house and the island. The house is well kept and the few minor issues we had for example umbrella broke due to rusted screw and it was immediately addressed, clearly an issue that can happen anywhere so no fault of home owner. I’m very glad we rented cars, we were close to grocery and grace bay so having a car made it so easy to zip right over for anything.
