OPEN CONCEPT LIVING SPACE
This home is designed to cater to modern tastes, with the open living room, dining area, and kitchen offering all guests space to gather, relax, and eat. You can all sit on the couch at once to watch TV should you ever get time to watch it. Six seats at the dining table are adjacent to the kitchen, a great place to celebrate a special occasion with a meal, or maybe you have work to do during your stay. The breakfast bar allows three high back chairs for extra seating if needed.
4 BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the lanai. There is also a comfy desk chair and desk - handy if you need a quiet place to get some work done. Two bedrooms have their own SmartTVs with queen size bed.
GUEST SUITE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE
The Guest Suite features a queen size bed with an attached private bathroom with a slider window door for direct access to pool area.
3 BATHROOMS
Three bathrooms offer plenty of space in which to get ready to go out or wind down after coming back from a long day of fun. Towels will be provided by your hosts, so there’s no need to try and find space in your luggage for those.
OUTSIDE
Your choices are endless when it comes to the outside space here. Perhaps take a dip in the refreshing swimming pool. No hotel can offer you a private pool like this together with loungers, outdoor sitting area with grill and a large SmartTV for viewing, it's the perfect hideaway.
A private dock is a great spot for some fishing - so remember to bring your rods. Spend your evenings around the firepit chatting about your adventures from the day while making lasting memories.

You’ll find space for 2 vehicles on the driveway, including an RV and boat trailer if you are bringing those.

This relaxing waterside home will be all yours for however long you make your reservation. That means you get exclusive access to use all inside and outside space, including the private dock! YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
This fully renovated home with a swimming pool and private dock is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, one house south of the Caloosahatchee River. Nestled on a private canal, there’s very little boat traffic, and dolphins and manatees swim by as you relax on your unique covered dock.

There’s plenty to do in the local area as well as in the house. Here’s just a small selection of places you might like to visit during your stay:
FORT MYERS
The house is located just 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Fort Myers which is a great area for walking around, eating, and drinking
MANATEE PARK
This is close by too and, as the name suggests, it’s a great place to see manatees!
CALOOSAHATCHEE RIVER - you’ll be staying just one house away from here, so it’s easy to access along the canal by boat.
THE BEACHES
You have a great selection of sandy beaches just a 45 min drive away.
GETTING AROUND
Getting here by car is advised as it’s conveniently located close to I-75. Once here, if you’re bringing a boat you can use that, or alternatively hire Ubers to get where you need to go by road if you don’t want to drive.
Other Things to Note:
• We require all guests to be at least 21 years of age when they book or stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night.
• Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI GPS Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
• I give permission to PMI- Gulf property Solutions to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
