Amazing stay!!!!

We absolutely loved the spacious living area in this beach house !! It is perfect for a big family ! There were plenty of places to sleep and room to spread out. We also loved that this house is right on the water. It’s secluded so beach is peaceful and not crowded. Close to Panacea which had some really good restaurants and fresh fish shops!! We will definitely stay again!!!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The location cannot be beat - close to dining, shopping, and airport - and better yet, just a few steps out the door to a beautiful relaxing beach. We rented this property for a short girls' trip and will definitely return!! We loved watching the dolphins every day right outside our door. Plenty of room for everyone and the elevator is such a plus for a 3-story house! Besides the three large bedrooms, there is the cutest little bunk space which would be perfect for kiddos! The house has everything you need for a perfect stay whether cooking indoors - or out - indoor games - relaxing on the beach or kayaking - and the best extras (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash - along with trash bags, laundry soap, spices) - a very thoughtful host which led to a wonderful, relaxing visit. Shannon was quick to reply to any questions I had when booking, as well as before and during our stay. If I had any questions - even on a Friday night - the response was immediate. This was one of the very best experiences I have had renting a property. Everything was even better in person and Shannon cannot be beat as a host! This is definitely on my "will do again" list!! Another girls' trip here for sure and planning a family trip as well!!!
Great place to spend the day - grab the wagon, chairs, and towels and walk 10 steps to your destination!

It was a very peaceful and private stay. The perfect place to enjoy the ocean without the tourist congestion. House has everything you could possibly need to make it feel like home.

The home was large and very nice. The beach was very private with only a couple of people on the beach. There are few restaurants in the area but we had a great vacation and would go back!

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Our family has been coming to Alligator Point for almost 20 yrs and this is one of the best properties we've stayed in. Plenty of space, very nice and well kept. The only two (very small) complaints we could mention were a spoiled banana in a chest of drawers and an overflowing garbage can upon arrival on Saturday with garbage pickup not until Wednesday. Overall, an excellent stay at an excellent property!

Wonderful

Alligator Point in general and this house in particular is absolutely wonderful. This is the place to be to feel like you have an entire beach to yourself. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. The elevator was an added bonus for a family member recovering from a hip replacement. I cant wait to go back!!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful property. Excellent host. Everything was as expected. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances and dishes and our host provided enough basics to get us started. The view from the deck is amazing! And the beach is beautiful white sand with a gentle slope. Really enjoyed watching the local dolphins feeding along shore and chasing fish. We loved the location And have returned to this area for many years. This is definitely a premier place.

Graduation Celebration

Our family enjoyed a relaxing and fun wknd at this beautiful beach house. There was plenty of room for everyone with the amenities of home. It allowed for our family to celebrate the joyous occasion of a college graduation together! Highly recommended!

Great for Families

The property was lovely situated on Alligator Point with ample space for everybody. We particularly enjoyed the large common areas, including a well stocked kitchen and beautiful views of the Gulf. What we particularly liked about this property is that sunrises and sunsets were both visible from the back porch. My boys were able to enjoy fishing and exploring around in the shallow areas. The elevator was a key in our decision making as we have family who are unable to do stairs. We hope to be back again soon..

From the beginning, communication with the owner, Lisa, was excellent—she was responsive, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early when our flight arrived ahead of schedule.A special thank you to Liam, who greeted us at the property for our early check-in. He was warm, professional, and consistently available by text or phone for any questions or assistance we needed throughout our stay.The villa was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could ask for—there’s a pool on the property and direct access to the beach. The location was ideal, with a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops all within easy walking distance.We highly recommend Villa L and will definitely return for another stay in the near future. It was truly a relaxing and vacation.

Amazing experience!

We had an absolutely great time at this home! The location was perfect, very private! The house was as advertised and well stocked with essentials. The host had excellent communication during our stay. The wildlife was plentiful and fishing off the beach was quite successful. One thing to consider if you are traveling with littles is there are a lot of interior stairs, so we purchased a cheap baby gate to block them off, which worked perfectly. 10/10 experience!

Forever Fall Beach House

Bottom line is that this property does not disappoint in anyway, perfect location, layout, and all of this includes a perfect elevator to move you from the open ground floor, to the main floor to the top floor. We will return for sure. If you have never visited Alligator Point, Fl in the fall this is the place for you, perfect weather, perfect house, perfect for families and friends. ENJOY!

What a wonderful vacation

The perfect location is just the start. Our family of 6 enjoyed spreading out in this beautiful home. The house is very nicely equipped and well stocked. We like to cook and the kitchen has everything needed including a gas grill available. The porches are amazing and the water is super close. There is an elevator that makes access to each of the floors with food, luggage, water, etc very easy. The beds are all very comfortable. Lots of towels, beach chairs, two kayaks, and beautiful views.

Total Beach Therapy!

What a beautiful home! Everything you could possibly need is there. The elevator makes it so easy to unload your car under the garage. The view from all floors is perfect! The property manager, Shannon was amazing and was so kind to let us check in early. Recovering from a surgery, it was the most relaxing place. The Tiki hut is just a short distance which we always enjoy! All the comforts of home! We will be back!

Quiet family beach trip

We had such a wonderful stay in Beach Therapy. The host was easy to reach and answered all questions before and during our stay. The sand toys were so much fun. We built castles and sifted sand for shells. The kitchen was amazing, we love to cook. Wish I had brought my reusable coffee filter for the keurig coffee pot but enjoyed the k cups provided. The elevator was super convenient for arrival and departure and post dinner with two tired kids, other than that we didn’t use it much. The view from the balcony was amazing. We can’t wait to go back.
