Ejendommen ligger bogstaveligt talt et stenkast væk fra stranden i et af Harbor Island's mest ønskelige områder. Ejendommen har en dejlig pool omgivet af tropiske planter, udendørs bar, grill, lydanlæg, TV, alle de nødvendige apparater, køkkenredskaber, linned, cykler, spil og strandlegetøj, trådløst internet, gratis ubegrænsede telefonopkald til USA og Canada. Ejendommen er også udstyret med en sikkerhedskopienerator, der automatisk tændes under strømafbrydelser, som nogle gange kan ske regelmæssigt på Harbour Island.

Hovedhuset har 4 soveværelser, 3 badeværelser og et komplet bad udenfor ved poolen. Det store soveværelse har en king size seng, soveværelse # 2 har 2 queensize senge, og soveværelser # 3 og # 4 har begge dobbelt fuld. This is our fourth stay in Harbour Island by far my favorite rental so far. Lovely layout, beautiful pool and outdoor entertaining, stunning beach views.2 minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful vacation home

The house was absolutely amazing. It was beyond what we could have imagined. Every in of the property was spectacular. We are already considering going back and staying here again.

Enjoyable vacation!

Great space for our family of six adults. Loved the pool and outdoor space. Two minute easy walk to the beach. Property manager was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing visit to Briland.

Family Vacation

This property was great. The air conditioning worked amazing, a quick walk to the beach. It had plenty of room. The pool and outdoor speaker was great to relax in the late afternoon and evening. The generator was a must since the power went out pretty regularly and the water stopped working twice. The only downside (and this isn’t much of one) is that the housekeeping service was spotty, they showed up on Monday but since the water was out they left, showed and cleaned on Tuesday but we didn’t see them in Wednesday or Thursday and then on Friday they showed up and took most of the towels so we were scrambling Friday night to make sure everyone had at least 1 towel. Overall, a great stay and we would stay at the property again. The host was very responsive and even had golf carts waiting for us on our first day. Beautiful property!

Had a great stay, overall. I had asked about a buggy rental, and it was in the driveway when we arrived so that was much appreciated. The house itself was spacious for our group 5 total (2 adults and three young adult children). The location was great, a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication and response good with property manager. We did, however, struggle with electricity. Normally the generator would kick in, thus being of no impact to us. However, the generator was out of gas at one point. They came and filled it. The water pump, due to being constantly powered on and off with the electricity issues of the island, had a faulty switch. It needed to be manually switched on at times. We didn’t have water on a few occasions. Would recommend replacing the pump. Anyway, I would recommend the house and would love to stay again. Cheers!

Memory Maker

This home has been pleasantly updated since our last visit and we will certainly book again. Lots of space to spread out (with 4 bedrooms) in the main house, pool and bar. (And there's a studio cottage on property if you need more accommodations.) A/C works well in every room. Kitchen has new appliances and every dish, pan and tupperware you would want for family dinners. Keurig coffee maker is a nice touch. Housekeeping comes daily ex Sunday. Outdoor bar has TV, cooler for drinks and a sound system. Plenty of porches with chaises and cushions for lounging plus pool towels, umbrellas and chairs in the laundry room. A one minute walk will put you on the pink sand beach. Visit the crow's nest on the third floor for sunset pictures!

We love the Sanderson House but…

Great house and great location. Just a couple of small issues that are easy to work out. For example, the dryer was broken so we were unable to do laundry or more importantly launder towels for the pool and beach. The kitchen has many utensils for cooking but no kitchen towels for drying, and since we couldn’t launder any towels it made for a bit of a challenge. Additionally, we had no toiletries such as shampoo and soap in the cottage that we paid additional money to have. BUT, Harbour is great and this house is lovely. The pros far outweigh the cons.

Wonderful time!

We so enjoyed our week at this beautiful property in the lush Juicy Hill section of Harbour Island. The grounds are impressive and impeccably maintained. The house is located on a quiet street, just steps from the beach and it's the perfect place to join with family. This home has a very private feel. The pool and outdoor areas are large, and are surrounded by mature, beautiful landscaping. Very lush! We had 6 adults with us and there was more than enough room for us to relax comfortably. The interior is just lovely, with an open living area on both floors. The kitchen is nice as well, and has everything you need. The pictures really do not do this house justice...it is so pretty! The only minor issue we had was that one of the upstairs showers did not have very good water pressure. The other showers were great, so I think this is just a minor issue that is easily addressed. This is our second trip to Harbour Island, and this house and location is by far our favorite. Can't wait to go back! You will love staying here. :)

House was great in perfect location. Easy walk to beach or drive with carts and beach gear (plenty of chairs, an umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, etc). Easy drive to town too. Very clean, air works great, plenty of fridge room, showers excellent. HIGHLY recommend. Minor suggestions - some plastic cups (vs all glass) and one more umbrella (maybe one broke before our visit - was in trash. Thank you for our visit!

We love Harbour Island and Sanderson House

We've stayed in 4 houses on Harbour Island and this is our 2nd stay at Sanderson House. It is by far our favorite place to stay.....we have a family of 8 and on top of the Master bedroom, Sanderson has 6 beds in three bedrooms, which allows for each kid to have their own bed. The cottage behind the house is perfect for another couple or in our case, grandparents to join us. AC works great and the pool is a treat after a long day on the boat or a beach day. The staff is great from the moment you check in to the housekeepers to Chucky. Note: Make sure you have a good golf cart because juicy hill can be tough on older golf carts.

Excellent stay

We had a great vacation at Sanderson House! We stayed in town on previous trips to Harbour Island, and really loved this more quiet location on Juicy Hill, and of course being able to walk to the beautiful pink sand beach. The house and grounds were clean and very well maintained. The house had everything we could possibly need — comfortable beds, fresh towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, a well appointed kitchen. We had a couple minor issues that were immediately resolved by Darico, who was very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I think it will be our new go-to spot on Harbour Island.

Fabulous house, fabulous location!

This house was perfect for us! Super clean, spacious, every amenity! The backyard is a tropical oasis, great pool, comes with rafts, beach chairs and umbrellas, and is a quick 3-minute walk to the ocean. The daily housekeeper was super friendly and kept things neat and tidy. We also rented the back house which is ideal in every way. We are already looking to book this again next year.

Highly Recommend!

What a great property with ocean views, a pool, and a short walk to the best beach we have ever visited. This was our first trip to Harbour Island and we highly recommend Sanderson House! We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and it was perfect. We did not rent the cottage and had plenty of room without it.

House in great condition

This house is in great condition. The property manager takes care of any problems or questions immediately. The maids and gardener keep the house and pool in great shape. Having our own beach chairs and a private path to the beach made the vacation very relaxing.
