Enjoy this beautiful home during your Door County stay! Conveniently 2-3 miles from downtown Fish Creek and Ephraim, this home is located on a serene property nestled in the woods. Our newly built spacious 6 bedroom and 3 bathroom offers the perfect retreat after your Door County adventures. You will be minutes away from all the parks, beaches, restaurants, shops, wineries, lighthouses, and golf courses this peninsula has to offer!

The home, built in 2023, is located on a private road immersed in the beautiful nature of Door County, WI.

This is the main home of a multi-unit home; there is a guest house/apartment to the left and a second one in the lower level. Each and every unit has their own entrance, garage, outdoor spaces, ample parking (big enough to accommodate boats and large trucks), and are completely private from each other.

Great vacation house

Beautiful house for a large group. Great location outside of town but just down the road from fish creek shopping. Great open kitchen, 2 large fire pits with chairs, 3 large bathrooms, plenty of closets, large garage.

Plenty of space for all the family. Bring coffee if you are a coffee drinker, I thought there would be some to start us off. Otherwise everything was great

The house and location were good for our group. Our host was fabulous! We had a power outage, as did many , however our host kept us updated, we got power back by the time we got back from dinner. A few minor things with an outlet not working. It was a nice stay.

We had 14 adults at this property and it was so spacious!! The fire pit and chairs were a nice touch… would recommend to friends and family!!

Family Vacay

My family and I have vacationed in DC for several years. This is the largest property we have stayed at and was truly a fantastic stay. We had everything we needed and the host was really responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

4 generation gathering

This was the perfect location for our family gathering. 15 people together for a week, but we always felt like there was a place to get away. The bedrooms worked out perfectly so every fabulous had their own. The two lobbing spaces allowed the older children to have a place apart from where the adults were. The few things that could be improved... more bowls, a working can opener, more Adirondack chairs around the fire pit considering its advertised to sleep 16. Excellent bonus... the pack and play, and the flat griddle!!We would definitely recommend this location, and would return if we're back in Door County!

This exactly suited our needs. It offered rooms and bathrooms for all 9 of us, plus ample room to congregate and dine. Very clean and fresh.

The perfect group house!

We had a blast at this place! There was the perfect amount of space for all of us 13 women and we really enjoyed having separate hangout spots. Highly recommend for a group!

Family reunion

This property fits 14 people perfectly with separate bedrooms and 2 great gathering areas for a family reunion. In addition there are also 2 attached units that could fit another 4-8 people if desired.

Nice stay for a big group

The house was very nice and very big. Tons of room for 5 couples, everyone with their own room and beds to spare. The location was nice, 5 minutes from fish creek but quite secluded. Check in was easy and lots of parking available. A few cons - the towels/pillows etc felt a bit cheap. Also, Would have loved some outdoor furniture to enjoy the patio and some toiletries in the bathrooms (shampoo/body wash/etc). All in all - good stay for the price! Would stay there again.

Cozy woodland setting close to everything

The home is new and very clean. We were surprised and frustrated that the listing was not more transparent about being a multi family home as the top of the listing stated “entire home”. That being said, the home looked and smelled clean and had a lovely setting. We enjoyed the comfortable open concept dining and living areas that were large enough for our big family. We also enjoyed the private fire pit area in the evenings. Host even provided firewood which was a nice touch.

Reunion house in Fish Creek

This VRBO was the perfect fit for our family group of 9 adults for an extended weekend getaway in Door County. The location was great, situated on a secluded wooded lot, but close to the action in Fish Creek. Our daughter greatly appreciated the hot water heater! After a day at the beach, all 9 of us were able to get a steamy hot shower in quick succession in preparation for an evening in Egg Harbor. The host was very pleasant and responsive. This was an awesome rental.

Family Reunited

Appeared on VRBO to be single family home…NOT! Yard still being developed. The issues needing attention: half working electrical outlets; air conditioning (instructions would be useful) upstairs room with skylight difficulty cooling; the kitchen utensils are very random - missing basics like a spatula. Suggest inventory what’s there and what’s needed. An umbrella on deck would make it more useful.

A little mixed

Great location but we were not aware of other units next to and below our unit. We had children and we were a little noisy for the tenant below. Also, the seating in the living room area is not the best for large groups. Needs to be more independent seating. Deck could use an umbrella and small tables where the independent seating is located. Out doors will be nicer when landscaping is completed. Garbage is a long way to go.

It was ok

Overall place was clean and felt new. Great location to see and do things in Door County. Plenty of space and lots of bedrooms, beds were comfortable. However, the listing states ‘entire house’ but we were unpleasantly surprised to realize upon arrival that there are actually two adjacent apartments to the house, one of which had two doors/access points directly into the main house (and nether access point was fully secured/separate from the house- we could walk in). These other apartments was not disclosed in the listing before or after we booked. Thankfully no one was staying in either unit during our stay. But given the nature of the locks and access points to the house, unfortunately we did not feel very secure while staying here. Other challenges - no blinds for the skylights in the 3 queen bedroom and we tripped several breakers while cooking dinners. Overall the place was ok for the limited time we spent there.

Nonnie’s 50th Birthday

We had a lovely stay at your beautiful property! We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend with family celebrating my 50th birthday! I gave the accuracy of the listing a 4 star. When we reserved it stated whole house. I was specifically looking for a place that was for just one family as a courtesy to others. We have 7 grandchildren who I wanted to be able to be kids and have fun without upsetting others. I give it a 4 star because the property owners did not rent out the other 2 units to anyone and have done the right thing by updating their listing. The home does need more amenities. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one is missing quite a few items that others have. I gave this a 4 star because it is a new property and I am sure they will add more items like a hairdryer, games, grill cleaning brush, mixing bowels, and other items. It was very bare bones on amenities. We really enjoyed ourselves and the fire pit was wonderful! We would stay again especially as they start to fill the home with items.Beautiful home excellent location!

READ BEFORE BOOKING! Beautiful Place- but major red flags.

The home is spacious, well-decorated, and the beds were comfortable- there’s definitely potential here. However, several critical design flaws guests should know before booking:Noise concerns: What’s not mentioned in the listing is that this is a 3-unit home. We had other guests staying below us who complained about normal sounds—walking, pulling out a chair, etc. The hard floors and lack of insulation between units make it very easy to hear and be heard. We could hear casual conversations from the evening from the lower unit. And we didn't go on vacation to constantly quiet our kids! (6 bedroom place- kids are expected!)Security issue: The most serious concern—there is no lock between the basement unit and the main living area. The basement has 2 stair access points- first door only locks from one side, and the garage stair allows access from lower unit through garage into main livings space- no locks anywhere! Skylights in bedroom: The room with 3 queen beds has large skylights and no way to cover them. If you're planning to put younger kids to bed in there, expect it to stay bright until well after 10pm in summer months. This was a big challenge for us.Temperature imbalance: The HVAC system is shared across all levels, and it simply doesn't work. During our stay, the main level was 79F, the upstairs was 84F, while the basement was 60F. The lower unit was given space heaters and told to "deal with it" so the HVAC system could run to cool the upper levels.
