We’re sorry your stay at Summer Nights by Lido Key Vacations did not meet your expectations, Mallory. We do want to note that our team was not made aware of these concerns during your stay, as we only received the feedback the day after your departure. Had we known while you were with us, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them promptly. Since then, the microwave was replaced with a brand-new unit, the dryer was inspected, the A/C vents were cleaned, and the home received a deep cleaning.
