Engage in friendly games of volleyball and basketball, cast your line in the tranquil trout pond, or embark on invigorating hikes along the scenic trails leading to Sterling Pond. For an additional fee, indulge in thrilling activities such as skiing, splashing in the outdoor water park, unwinding in the pools, or perfecting your disc golf skills.

Please note that the owner's family has severe pet allergies, and therefore no animals are allowed in the condo. There is a ring camera in the front and side entrance.

-No pets of any kind are allowed on the property unless it is a certified service animal. Emotional support animals are not permitted. Bringing an unauthorized animal onto the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and potential for additional cleaning fees to be implemented. The owner's daughter is highly allergic to animal dander.
-Guests are not allowed bring their own grill and use it on or near the property
-Guests not allowed start a fire on or near the property
-Any tampering or removal of fire alarms will result in a $500 fee and potential removal of the guest
-No fireworks are permitted on the property
