Coral Reef Topsail Island is a pristine 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath oceanfront town home with stunning views & two oceanfront decks! Beautifully decorated with an open floor plan that easily accommodates a large group.

Perfect, walkable location in Surf City stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Bring your beach towels & personal items, and we will take care of the rest! Escape the worries of daily routines & immerse yourself in the wonders of Topsail Island!

Welcome to an amazing beachfront home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The home was recently remodeled with granite kitchen counters and custom tile back splash, new flooring throughout and many extras including 4 Roku streaming TVs. This is a two-level town home with an Oceanfront deck off each level. There are ocean views from all 4 bedrooms! Our private beach access is directly from the decks to the sand! The views are first-class, and we have guests reporting dolphin sightings during all seasons! Our location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, fishing pier, ice cream, smoothies, yoga, surf shops, and live music.

The upper level has a King master bedroom with attached full bath. The Kitchen and Family Room are an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling. We have seating for 10 at the table and peninsula counter. There is a 1/2 bath off the family room as well.

The first floor has a Queen second master with its own oceanfront deck and full bath! The first floor also has a second Queen bedroom and a 4th bedroom with full over full bunkbeds. This level has a third full bathroom off the hall as well.

We provide all linens, pillows, comforters and many other amenities that other hosts do not. There will be hand soap, laundry soap , dishwasher pods , and hairdryers available during your stay.

Each deck has comfortable polywood chairs for your enjoyment. You can sit in the sun or shade while enjoying the breathtaking ocean views.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play stored for your convenience. We also provide books and games for you to enjoy.

We all love our dogs, and our home is pet friendly! Tell us about your furry family member. After prior approval, your dog is welcome to join your trip to paradise. We have a reasonable $100 pet fee. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow dogs on beds or furniture at any time. Please be respectful of this rule, as pet hair is difficult to remove. We want all guests to enjoy this fabulous home!

The house was well furnished with all the amenities we needed. The host was kind and welcoming, offering helpful information for check in/out. It was an easy process. The view is amazing and the house lay out was perfect!

Beautiful holiday weekend/birthday celebration

The property is lovely with fantastic decks and stunning ocean views. We and our dog particularly enjoyed the upper deck which has a secure gate. Hope P. was SO responsive and SO kind throughout our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Stay

This home is very well equipped with all the things you will need and more. Love the space. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and had everything we needed. The house is well maintained and the host was very responsive to our needs

Amazing Home and Location!

Our overall experience was amazing! House is in a great location, nice walk to the pier and super pet friendly. The owner where easy communicate with very accommodating. We recommend anyone to stay here!

We had a great time at the beach. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Located right on the beach which was nice. I received a prompt response from the owner when I had a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house and perfect location!

This is a wonderful house in great location, right on the beach. Walking distance to the pier nd close to lots of great restaurants. Place was wll stocked with bathroom starter items and kitchen well stocked with plates/cups/utensils etc. Linens provided thru a service which is a huge plus Would stay here again for sure!

Steps from the water

We stay at beachfront houses in Topsail/Surf City every year, always at different houses. This is by far the closest we have ever been to the ocean. Between the back door and reaching the sand, it was awesome. The house was amazing- clean, well stocked, perfect location. We walked to restaurants daily, specifically Shaka taco, our favorite, which is a little under 1 mile by walking the road.The owner was very responsive and communicated easily through texting if needed.Our only challenge was parking our large truck, but this got easier as the week went on.We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous ocean front! Happy Dogs!

Great townhome! Awesome views, ocean front, loved the deck with gate to keep dogs contained. Quality resin outdoor furniture. Basics all stocked, quality, nicely done, clean, will stay there again! Surfing right outside the house. Unbelievable sunset!

Great stay

We go to TI every year and couldn't go for a full week this year. We were so excited to find a place that allowed a 4 day stay and ocean front. Never stayed in Surf City, it is just as nice. Would 100% go again. Owner was a text or call away if we ran into any issues. Loved the outdoor shower.

Steps from the water.

I visit Topsail/Surf City yearly and always stay in a different beachfront house. This house was by far the closest I’ve ever been to the sand and water. It was amazing. The house was awesome, clean, well stocked, amazing location. We walked to restaurants everyday, primarily our favorite spot, Shaka Taco, which is right at a mile by walking the roads. I have also never stayed in a duplex and I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn’t hear anything through those walls, and they had young children and 3 dogs next door- shocked to say the least! Parking in a large truck was an adventure, but we got used to it and it got easier with time (prob my only actual complaint as the house is more tucked in, but still not an actual complaint). Owner was a fantastic communicator. Would def stay again.

Worth the stay!

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beach front stay. Especially if you’re going to stay for a few days. We had a family of 8 (7 adults and 1 toddler) and it was more than enough, all comfortable. As far as the beach house goes, Linen was provided, kitchen was stocked with basic utensils, clean and welcoming atmosphere. All rooms and living areas were presented as described. Amazing views. No surprises from previous guests (which we’ve had from other stays). Hope had a binder with check-in/ check out instructions and other useful Info. Parking was sufficient, enough for 3 vehicles, one of the three was a snug parking spot but well sized for a full-size sedan. The upper and lower decks that lead the beach were spacious and had provided chairs. Hope (the host) always had speedy replies even when I wasn’t expecting a fast reply. Showed interest to help and communicated well with us! Overall, it is certainly an amazing beach house and worth the stay! Thank you Hope!

2025 Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here the last week of July 2025. Upon arrival the house was clean and very well stocked. The temperature of the house is set to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. There were instructions to not turn cooling any lower than that due to the condenser freezing up/shutting off. My family is very hot natured and used to a temp of 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Of course, the week we stayed the temperatures were extremely hot outside. I reached out to the homeowner and she was willing to allow us to lower the temperatures to 70. (The thermostats would not allow you to go any lower than this) I wouldn’t say everyone was pleased with the temp of the house, but we made it through the week without any meltdowns.The house is right next to a condominium. This is nice to know, because the beach access here is very crowded and people come and set up their tents right in front of the stairway to the house. Had we not been very proactive in setting up our tents early of the morning(before 7am) we would have had to walk down the beach for open space.Hope was very attentive and accommodating. The house, itself, was great for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids(0-3). I would recommend getting a baby gate that attaches to stair railing, besides the ones that were provided.

Wonderful Labor Day Trip

This was the perfect space for two families vacationing together. The upstairs is bright and open. We found the kitchen well equipped (and we like to cook) and appreciated the snacks Hope left out in a bowl on the counter. The entire house is clean and well cared for. We found the beds comfortable and were thrilled to rent a house that includes linens! Our kids loved the bunk beds and having a pack and play available saved room in the car for sure. Hope’s house has great beach amenities too. Lots of chairs and beach toys. There were canopies too but we didn’t pull them out. Other nice surprises were: a supply of laundry pods, plenty of dish soap, lots of trash bags, and other housekeeping items. There was also a pier pass for the house which was a treat for our kids who love to get ice cream and walk out onto the pier. The house is close to the surf city condos but on a quiet, dead end street. We were a little worried the beach would be crowded being so close to the condos but we never had issue. It was less crowded than being by the pier for sure! One final note about the owner, Hope. She was a delight! Provided lots of information ahead of our trip, offered suggestions for activities and restaurants, and helped me with an early check in to the delight of the whole family! She even tipped us off about the sea turtle nests near the property. We would definitely stay at Hope’s property again.
