The city noise ordinance (10pm - 8am) is actively enforced and parking is limited to the driveway only (4 cars max) - no street parking. The main level fireplace is perfect for the colder months – curl up with a good book or gather around with your loved ones to watch a movie on the Smart TV.

The updated, fully equipped kitchen features stone counters, stainless appliances, and all the amenities you need to prepare a meal at home. That meal can be enjoyed either in the formal dining area or by heading out the sliders to the deck and enjoying your food alfresco. Savor your meal while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views. Unwind after a long day of exploring town by relaxing in the private hot tub. You will truly feel like you are on vacation. 

The five bedrooms ensure that everyone has a comfortable and private spot to recharge. The primary bedroom suite is on the main level and complete with sliders to the deck, a king-size bed, and a full bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. Also on the main level is a convenient half bathroom just off the great room. The four guest bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms can be found on the lower level.

You will love the extra space the lower level provides. Here you will find a second living room with a Smart TV, a dining space perfect for a competitive game of cards, and a kitchenette. For a moment of serenity, the screen porch awaits you, furnished with comfortable wicker furniture, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please adhere to the quiet hours of 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Bedroom 5 can only be accessed by going through bedroom 4 and a bathroom or by going through the screen porch. 
This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
This property is equipped with a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and a Ring camera on the garage facing the driveway. Both devices record video and sound when motion is detected.
​​​​​​​There is absolutely no street parking available at this property. The parking area at the home can fit a maximum of 4 cars and all cars must be completely in the parking area. Any cars parked on the street will be towed.
